Practice And Application Of EPC Mode In The Management Of Small And Medium-sized Water Purification Projects

In recent years,with the rapid development of water treatment industry,small and medium-sized water treatment projects such as bamboo shoots are increasing day by day.This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practical case to study the practice and application of EPC model in the project management of small and medium-sized water purification projects from the perspective of small and medium-sized water treatment enterprises,and takes a direct drinking water project of a university as a specific case to introduce the concept of EPC general contract project management in the project construction into the water treatment industry.This paper makes a lot of research and Analysis on EPC project management mode,and makes a comparative study on the application cases of EPC project management mode in different engineering fields.For example,highway engineering,thermal power plant engineering,assembly building engineering,sewage treatment plant engineering,etc,EPC mode is finally introduced into water treatment engineering.Through the practice and application of actual cases,it is found that this mode is feasible.The main research conclusions as follows:1)Through the analysis and research on the characteristics of EPC general contracting mode and medium and small water purification projects,the advantages and limitations of applying EPC project management mode to medium and small water purification projects are put forward,and the EPC general contracting project management mode is suitable for medium and small water purification projects.2)On the basis of analysis and research,the characteristics and influencing factors of small and medium-sized water treatment projects are analyzed,and on this basis,the research and analysis of the "Direct Drinking Water Project in a University" is completed,and the key points,risks and corresponding measures of project management in the whole process of scheme design,production,transportation,installation,acceptance for completion,commissioning and operation are put forward.3)Adopting EPC project management mode and applying Internet cloud platform to project after-sales service system,the management and implementation of a direct drinking water project in a university has been successfully completed.At present,the project has been completed and has entered the operational stage.Through the research of this paper,the project management mode of small and medium-sized water treatment enterprises is given a reference case,and the beneficial suggestions for the future development of small and medium-sized water treatment enterprises are put forward.
