| Based on the key problems encountered by S Water Supply Company in implementing 6S management,this paper suggests that 6 S management should be deeply implemented and scientifically applied to production and management,in an effort to find and solve problems related to the reduction of drinking water turbidity in the water treatment process,to strengthen the foundation of process management,to improve management tools and to enhance work efficiency.In IE,6 S is a proven means of site management.It starts from "organising","cleaning","sweeping","cleaning","culture" and "cleaning","Culture","Safety" and other six aspects of the site operating environment for a comprehensive improvement,thereby enhancing the efficiency of site operations and the cultural quality of employees.The article summarises the existing work and combines the successful experience of companies implementing 6 S at production sites with the implementation of 6 S management in the workshops of S Water Supply.Finally,combined with the specific project case of S Water Supply,the effect before its optimisation was analysed using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the risk levels were classified into six categories: minor,minor,general,major,serious and disaster.the risk levels of the S Water Supply enterprise project were 0.0152,0.0974,0.0691,0.028,and the overall risk was average.Through the specific analysis of the primary and secondary indicators results,the need to focus on material risk,tool risk,personnel risk,management risk and other aspects of optimization;combined with the previous overall optimization measures and targeted optimization and improvement,once again the S water supply enterprise water treatment process in reducing drinking water turbidity management management of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,evaluation results show that after the application of 6S optimization,combined with S water supply enterprise Risk identification and risk evaluation of the management of reducing drinking water turbidity in water treatment process,and combined with the actual,put forward the corresponding preventive countermeasures to reduce its occurrence and the impact brought about and the economic losses brought about. |
