| With the rapid development of living standards and medical technology,the average life expectancy of human beings has gradually increased,more and more countries have entered the aging society;at present,China has entered the aging society.The first half of 2020,which New covid-19 outbreak in seafood market in the seafood market,has made the agriculture market a focus of attention.As the most public building closely related to the people’s livelihood,it is an important witness to the city’s development and social changes.Since the outbreak,more and more scholars began to pay attention to the construction standard and mode of agricultural market.The author takes this as an opportunity to study the design strategy of farmers’ market for aging,and strive to provide guiding suggestions for the future development and construction of agricultural market for aging.Before the specific design strategy research,the author first carried out a number of literature collation and basic theoretical research.Since the reform and opening-up,the agricultural market has developed from the original Road market to the indoor traditional agricultural market after decades of development.The "agricultural market reform" around 2010 has put forward new model requirements for the development of agricultural market.agricultural market under the neighborhood center model,which has sprung up in recent years,has gradually integrated agricultural market with other supporting facilities.The author found that under the premise of existing development,the traditional agricultural market is still the mainstream of agricultural market.The elderly as the main force of farmers’ market shopping,there is a certain sense of degradation in psychological,physiological and other aspects.How to meet the general design and the usage requirements of the elderly in the construction and transformation of traditional farmers’ market has become an urgent problem to be solved.Starting from the history of the development of the agricultural market,this paper studies the architectural characteristics and construction standards of the traditional agricultural market,and summarizes the problems existing in its development.Then the author studies the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,matches the actual needs of the elderly with the problems existing in the traditional agricultural market,and summarizes the design direction of the traditional agricultural market for the elderly.Finally,based on the field research,data analysis and case summary of the traditional agricultural markets in Xuzhou,the author completes the research on the design strategy of the traditional agricultural markets in terms of site planning,functional configuration,traffic flow,environmental atmosphere,identification system and safety details. |
