Research On The Architectural Design Of Farmers Market Under The Model Of Neighborhood Center In Xuzhou City

As the most lived public building in the world,the agricultural market has witnessed the wo rld as well as the change of the city.It is closely related to people's livelihood,but also related to the health of the family.The love of life prompted the author to study the agricultural market.The research of a kind of architecture should first make a systematic summary of the theoret ical knowledge involved in it and lay a good foundation for the research.Next,we should make a full understanding of its development history.On the basis of the author's professional knowledg e,the development history and evolution of domestic and foreign agricultural market are summar ized at first.It is found that the agricultural market under the neighborhood center mode is the in evitable choice and the direction of the agricultural market development in the future.In order to make a more systematic and comprehensive study of the agricultural market in the neighborhood center mode,the author decides to do the corresponding research based on the Xuzhou agricultu ral market.Firstly,the author makes a brief understanding of the basic situation of the agricultural mark et in the main districts of Xuzhou City,and chooses 21 agricultural markets as the main object of this study.According to the market scale,market construction mode and space form,the selecte d research objects are classified.The classification criterion of this paper is the market constructi on mode and the spatial form.The research object is divided into the traditional model and the ne ighborhood center model for the classification of the agricultural market.Then the author makes detailed investigation and record on 21 agricultural markets accordin g to the classification,and compares the agricultural market under the traditional mode and the n eighborhood center mode.It is found that the agricultural market in the neighborhood center mod e is superior to that in the traditional one.Thirdly,it is proved that the agricultural market is the t rend of the agricultural market development in the neighborhood center mode.However,in the p rocess of investigation,the author found that there are still some significant problems in the agric ultural market under the neighborhood center model which has been built and put into use in Xuz hou City.Therefore,this paper makes a post-use evaluation study on the agricultural market in Xuzho u city,which is typical of 6 neighborhood centers.The research form is the form of questionnaire investigation and analysis,and the evaluation subject is locked in the three groups of people afte r use,such as consumers,business stalls and market service management.In this paper,the autho r summarizes the problems in planning,architectural design,management in Xuzhou city in detai l through the study on the post-use evaluation of agricultural market under the model of neighbor hood center in Xuzhou city at the present stage in three aspects: planning,architectural design,management.Finally,in view of these three aspects,the author puts forward the solution strategy,hoping for the future Xuzhou area and even the nationwide.The development of agricultural market pla ys a guiding role in the model of surrounding neighborhood center.And wish our great motherla nd prosperity!...
