With the increasing incidence of stroke in my country,the number of hemiplegias is increasing every year,which brings a serious burden to society and families.However,the development of hemiplegia rehabilitation in China is relatively short,the number of professional rehabilitation physicians is not enough to support patients to receive one-on-one rehabilitation guidance,and the rehabilitation cycle is long,and the treatment cost is expensive,which causes most patients to choose rehabilitation training at home.The use of rehabilitation training device is considered to be an effective means to improve the efficiency of rehabilitation training and reduce the cost of rehabilitation.Among them,the exoskeleton type rehabilitation training device has multi-joint and multi-angle training functions,which can assist patients to complete accurate,quantified and long-term rehabilitation training,but At present,most training devices can only be carried out under the guidance of doctors,which do not meet the requirements of autonomous home training.Therefore,designing an intelligent rehabilitation training product suitable for home upper limb exoskeleton is a topic that needs to be solved urgently in the current rehabilitation training product design.This article first analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of patients with hemiplegia and the requirements of upper limb rehabilitation training based on rehabilitation medicine through literature research and user research.At the same time,it analyzes the user expectations of upper limb rehabilitation trainers by means of hierarchical task models and user journey maps.Then carry out product design research based on the FBS model,integrate user expectations into the FBS model,build a user expectation-function-behavior-structure transformation model,and carry out design research from five key nodes of transformation,planning,derivation,evaluation,and output.Get the desired structure of the product.Finally,the system architecture is constructed by combing the relationship between the structures and guiding the design practice to complete the design practice of the software APP interface prototype and the hardware physical prototype of the upper extremity exoskeleton intelligent rehabilitation trainer.The design and research of the upper limb exoskeleton type intelligent rehabilitation training device,from the perspective of patients,can enable patients undergoing rehabilitation training at home to receive standardized treatment and professional guidance,and help patients complete rehabilitation training conveniently and efficiently.From the perspective of rehabilitation medicine,it contributes to the popularization of basic equipment for family medical rehabilitation,and at the same time provides ideas for subsequent research on family medical rehabilitation equipment.
