Stroke,also known as apoplexy,is an acute cerebrovascular disease.The number of strokes in my country is increasing.Surveys have shown that stroke has become the leading cause of death in my country and the leading cause of adult disability in my country.According to the "China Cardiovascular Health and Disease Report 2019”[1],the prevalence of cardiovascular disease in China is gradually increasing.my country has a large population base and relatively backward medical services,especially in the field of stroke rehabilitation.There is a lack of professional rehabilitation personnel and equipment,and the cost of rehabilitation is huge.This article mainly focuses on the research of home-use active rehabilitation equipment for stroke,aiming to improve the patient’s active training and reshape the brain neural network,so that stroke patients can recover slowly.A product for active upper limb rehabilitation training for stroke home use was designed.First,the stroke rehabilitation texture was studied to determine the time period of stroke rehabilitation.This article chose the spasticity and recovery phase of stroke as the node,and made it based on the recommendations of the rehabilitation physician.Rehabilitation training exercises norms,and thus the product design was carried out.Based on the theory of persuasion,this paper designs a stroke upper limb intelligent rehabilitation training board,which uses light guidance,sound feedback,and tactile feedback to allow the patient to press the button according to the light guidance,which increases the fun of rehabilitation and is beneficial to the patient for a long time and initiative.Participate in rehabilitation training,and then reshape the brain neural network,and slowly restore body functions.In order to evaluate the patient’s rehabilitation effect,NIRS near-infrared brain function imaging equipment was used to detect the concentration of hemoglobin in the cerebral cortex of the test subject.Experimental design:Using a comparative experiment,the experimental group uses a stroke upper limb intelligent rehabilitation training compression board,and the control group uses a tablet computer;the experimental paradigm,exercise 40 seconds,rest 30 seconds,experimental cycle 7 groups,20 subjects,two people removed,The effective number is 18 people.The experimental data is processed by NIRSPARK to obtain the hemoglobin concentration change map in the brain area.If the change is strong,it means that the area is activated and the product is effective for stroke rehabilitation.Otherwise,the conclusion is the opposite.The research in this article has positive significance for home stroke rehabilitation training,especially the research and development of home rehabilitation equipment.It reduces medical expenses and time consumption for families of stroke patients,and reduces the use of resources such as hospitals and physicians.
