The fast and accurate research and judgment after the power grid failure is an important prerequisite for improving the efficiency of emergency repairs.In view of the slow detection and discovery in distribution network,this paper combines the requirements of fast power recovery and analyzes the fault research and judgment function configuration of the smart station.It adopts the current grid fault location method to achieve a single point of the system login,the fault location,and the short message notification of equipment defects.The suitable communication method for the smart station that can quickly resume power is also analyzed.Then,a low-voltage fault research and judgment platform based on the smart station is developed.The main research works are as follows:Firstly,this thesis briefly describes the background,the current status of development of smart grids on the fault judgment technology at home and abroad.Then,the purpose and significance of this research is explained.Secondly,this thesissummarizes the source and classification of fault judgment information on distribution network,including the judgment methods based on switch quantity information,the electrical quantity information,the principle of fault information fusion,and the process of fault research and judgment.Thirdly,the design plan of the low voltage fault research and judgment system based on the intelligent station is proposed.The application scenarios of the power Internet of things in the medium and low voltage distribution system are summarized.Based on this,a low-voltage distribution network fault research and judgment scheme based on the smart station is presented.An integrated model construction principle for the fault research and judgment is also proposed,and the overall architecture is established.Fourthly,a low voltage fault research and judgment platform based on the smart station is developed.The requirement of data access and the key equipment of low-voltage fault research and judgment platform is presented.The effectiveness of this developed platform is verified with the actual cases in Xuzhou power grid,which shows that the presented low-voltage fault research and judgment platform can accurately judge the power outage faults,realizing the proactive judgment on grid defaults.Finally,an improvement measure based on the smart station area to strengthen the rapid restoration of power outage lines is proposed.The dichotomy theory is adopted,and the isolation switch in the smart station area is used to investigate related factors such as the operating environment of the distribution network,bad weather,and equipment aging.In this way,the efficiency of rapid power restoration of the distribution network and the reducion of power outages can be improved.
