| Our country’s commercial complex is developing rapidly,with the world’s largest total construction area,its internal structure and functions are complex,the fire load is large,the personnel are dense,the evacuation is difficult,and the fire risk is high.It is of great practical significance to evaluate the fire risk scientifically and use fire insurance to transfer the risk.However,under the current social background of artificial intelligence and big data technology,traditional fire risk assessment and traditional fire insurance rate determination methods cannot meet the current development requirements of "smart fire protection".The use of the Internet of Things technology to realize dynamic fire risk assessment of commercial complexes and establish a remote risk diagnosis model for fire insurance has become an urgent social demand.This article first builds the perception layer,transmission layer,and application layer framework of the fire-fighting Internet of Things.Establish a hazard perception model based on the identification of fire hazards in commercial complexes.Combining the definition of fire risk,further refine the hazard sources,and build a fire risk assessment and perception index system based on the fire Internet of things.Quantify the indicators one by one to make them unified and standardized data,break through the transmission barriers between indicators,eliminate the incomparability between indicators,and realize the Internet of Things transmission of indicator perception data.Then,Bayesian network is used as an application-level algorithm for evaluating index data fusion,and a dynamic fire risk assessment model based on the Internet of Things and Bayesian network is constructed;dynamic evaluation is realized to make up for the lack of node-style static reaction fire risk.On this basis,combined with the principles of fire insurance,a dynamic insurance model based on risk evaluation is constructed;the extended application of the Internet of Things technology in fire insurance is realized,and the level of intelligence is improved.Use real data and test data in application cases to test the dynamic fire risk assessment model and the dynamic insurance model.The test results show that the evaluation results can change in real time with the changes in the perception index data of the Internet of Things,and the evaluation results are more accurate;the fire risk evaluation perception index system established for commercial complexes is more comprehensive,and the index quantification standards are more reasonable and relatively strict;The insurance premium can change in real time with the change of the risk evaluation result.The law of change conforms to the insurance principle,and the range of change is more reasonable.The paper has 24 pictures,42 tables,and 91 references. |
