Study On Design Of Offshore Homestay Based On The Fishing Boat

Tourism has become one of the important ways for Chinese family to consume and relax currently,especially the coastal tourism has seen a significant increase in volume.However,at the same time,there are some contradictory problems between the increasing demand for coastal tourism and the limited amount of coastal resources:coastal resort accommodation space is becoming increasingly tight,and the demand for guest rooms cannot match the amount of travelers.Coastal space,especially offshore space,is more difficult to develop and utilize with strong impact of the marine environment.And the development of coastal accommodation types tends to be homogenized,etc.A series of problems restrict the development and utilization of coastal space and bring inconvenience and obstacles to people’s travel in a certain extent.The offshore homestay building can effectively combine the characteristics of the coastal architecture and the homestay architecture,to develop a coastal accommodation with distinctive and regional culture-characteristics,and provide a dual idea for solving problems of tourism accommodation and impelling the utilization of coastal space.The development of building space based on the fishing boat can develop offshore space at low cost and efficiently,increasing the added value of fisheries,and serving as an effective source of economic income for fishermen during the fishing moratorium at the same time.In addition,with fishing boats as the base site for building construction,it is necessary to integrate movable building technology and modular construction technology.Because it could carry out architectural design under the premise of retaining the basic functions of fishing boats,which not only reduces the impact of the building on the surrounding environment,but also breaks through the restrictions on land use of traditional architecture.Based on the above situations,this article conducts related research on the offshore homestay based on the fishing boat,which are specifically divided into the following four aspects:(1)Conducting relevant theoretical researches on the offshore homestay based on the fishing boat.Through summarizing the current research status of marine architecture and homestay architecture at home and abroad,and combing the related theories of homestay architecture and coastal architecture,this part proposes the advantages of combining homestay architecture with floating coastal architecture,and enumerating the classification of coastal homestay architecture.(2)Proposing a design strategy for the offshore homestay based on the fishing boat.Through summarizing the design principles and design methods of the marine homestay building,the design strategy of combining the marine homestay and fishing boat technology from the perspective of realizing the floating of the marine homestay building,this part proposes the technical support and design method of the offshore homestay based on the fishing boat.(3)Design selection of the offshore homestay based on the fishing boat.Questionnaire survey was conducted in some coastal cities in Guangdong province.Then combined with the relevant design specifications for offshore accommodation,the design goals of the acceptance,spatial organization scale,and carrier fishing vessel types of the offshore homestay based on the fishing boat were determined.(4)Architectural design practice of the offshore homestay based on the fishing boat.Through the design practice,the design methods summarized in the previous article were verified.Through the installation process expression drawings,building horizontal and vertical section drawings,building-related simulation experiments,etc.,the results of the offshore homestay based on the fishing boat are displayed.In the absence of relevant research,this article explores a new design idea of combining the architectural design of offshore homestays with fishing boats,hoping to enrich the relevant theories of domestic homestay architecture and offshore space utilization approaches.This paper has 163 pictures,10 tables,and 87 references.
