| With the increasingly fierce competition in the global economy and environment,how to improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises has become the primary issue.Effective human resource management is undoubtedly the main means and important way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,which ensures the sustainable development in all stages of enterprise operation.To attract excellent talents to join the enterprise,especially in the growth stage of the enterprise,the enterprise needs to strive to obtain more high-quality talents,ensure the quality of human capital,and keep up with the expansion scale and development speed of the company.Recruitment management is particularly important at this stage.In recent years,with the increasing competition in China’s power market,Q power supply company,as a grass-roots power enterprise,has an urgent demand for talents.Due to the poor recruitment management,the recruitment efficiency is low and the quality of recruitment work cannot be ensured,which needs to be solved as soon as possible.In this paper,through questionnaire,literature review,quantitative analysis,interviews and other methods,combining theory with practice,the status quo of recruitment management of Q power supply company is deeply analyzed,trying to explore the reasons for the problems in the recruitment management and how to improve.First of all,browse,read and comb a large number of literature on human resources at home and abroad,fully understand the related research of enterprise employee recruitment management and its important role in the enterprise;Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of recruitment management of Q power supply company,analyzes the existing practical problems through questionnaire survey,and then analyzes the causes,which provides reliable basis and effective data support for the optimization of recruitment management of Q power supply company;Finally,the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward to promote the efficient implementation and operation of recruitment management,which is expected to provide some reference for the same industry and the same type of power enterprises located in remote areas in personnel recruitment management. |
