Spatial And Temporal Characteristics Of Mountain Villages And Towns In County Region

With the rapid urbanization process in recent decades in China,a large number of rural surplus labor force has been transferred to cities,leading to the hollowing out of population in villages and towns.Meanwhile,the construction land in villages and towns has only increased but not decreased.The vacancy rate of houses in villages and towns keeps rising,and the phenomenon of land emptiness and waste is serious.Under the support of national policies,villages and towns,as the transitional level of the urban-rural system,play an important role in the promotion of urbanization,and further development of villages and towns is inevitable in the future.Due to the restrictions of the surrounding complex terrain and ecological barrier,construction safety and space quality problems frequently occur in the rapid spatial expansion of mountain villages and towns,and some mountain villages and towns are faced with the reconstruction of traditional construction space.Therefore,this article will scientific problems concise as "spatial expansion characteristics of space and time",taking chongqing fuling district as an example,through the village many elements of multi-dimensional spatial extension process in quantitative analysis,empirical research on county mountain villages and towns in the process of space expanding showed the characteristics of space and time,and the planning thought,developed on the basis of this county mountain village planning and construction and management for the future.First,combined with the space under the rapidly expanding rural people to the reconstruction of the relationship between the real background,supporting policies for the future development of villages and towns background,mountain village space construction characteristics of the change of regional background research background,such as found in mountain villages and towns of space expansion characteristics research necessity,lack of time space evolution study,according to the villages and towns space to expand the connotation of limited space,mountain villages and towns construction research and related research review,focusing on "spatial expansion characteristics of space and time" the scientific problems,and establish the paper research significance,contents,methods,etc.Secondly,based on the theory of human settlement environment and the theory of urban-rural man-land relationship,the research scheme is designed for scientific problems.The connotation of village and town system in the spatial expansion characteristics of identified as "the three elements and two dimensions",respectively,in the scale and the degree of the non-agricultural changes in two dimensions,the villages and towns construction space,population factor,economic factor and the element such as the coupling between the elements in the change of time and space.According to the development situation of mountainous villages and towns at the county level in recent years,Fuling District of Chongqing is determined as the research area at the county level.Combined with the development situation of various factors of villages and towns within the research area,the research sample and research period are determined.Thirdly,according to the characteristic index system of spatial expansion of mountain villages and towns,the spatial expansion process of mountain villages and towns at county level is empirically analyzed.Collect and process relevant data,construct construction land expansion map of mountainous villages and towns in terms of construction land,collect social and economic data in terms of population and economic factors,and conduct spatial analysis and data statistical analysis of two dimensional index system respectively.Furthermore,the coupling relationship of multiple elements was analyzed in two dimensions respectively.Finally,the spatial and temporal characteristics of spatial expansion of mountainous villages and towns at county level are summarized and planning is carried out.On the basis of the data analysis,the spatial and temporal characteristics of the spatial expansion of mountain villages and towns in the county region are summarized respectively in the longitudinal and horizontal comparison,and the spatial and temporal characteristics of the spatial expansion of mountain villages and towns in the county region are further summarized and extracted.The results show that :(1)the expansion of construction land,driven by industrial and facility land,gradually breaks through the terrain limit.The active areas of construction land expansion are mainly concentrated urban construction areas and large-scale expansion of industrial and facility land.Drived by industrial and facility land,the expansion of construction land shifts from concentrated urban construction areas to peripheral areas,and gradually shifts from low-elevation to low-slope areas to mediumhigh elevation to medium-high slope areas.In addition,the stability of the expansion direction is poor,and the pendulum phenomenon is shown in many periods,and the agglomeration of land use is generally improved.(2)The population scale is shrinking,the growth rate of non-agriculture is slowing down,and the spatial balance is poor.The population in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River increased the fastest,while the population in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River decreased.(3)The economic aggregate and the degree of non-agricultural industrialization promoted by the secondary industry increased rapidly.The economic aggregate and the degree of non-agricultural development showed that the secondary industry drove the development in the early stage,and the tertiary industry drove the development in the late stage,and the secondary industry played a stronger driving role.The gap of economic scale in the county is widening,and the scale pattern is changing from "polar core" to "two-wing".(4)The scale coupling degree increases,and the lag of land development leads to the decline of nonagricultural coupling degree.The regions with high scale coupling value have expanded,and the economic factors have developed in advance,while the population factors have lagged behind.The development of population non-agriculture is ahead in the coupling of non-agriculture,and there is a certain lag in the vertical expansion of the threedimensional construction space in the township.Extension in space cognition,on the basis of the space-time characteristics of the county of mountain development planning is put forward considering each factor of the village,mainly including the rigid flexible combination of construction land control,rural population scale and level of system optimization,optimization and development of rural industry functions of county mountain villages and towns of multi-factor coupling coordination promotion,etc.The innovation points of this paper mainly include breaking through the limitations of the original research,expanding the research connotation of spatial expansion characteristics to the change of time period of construction land,population and economy and the change of the coupling relationship of each factor;According to the characteristics of village and town system,this paper puts forward the two-dimension research content of scale expansion and non-agricultural degree change,and deeply analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics of the spatial expansion of county mountainous villages and towns,which lays a foundation for the planning and construction practice of county mountainous villages and towns in the future.
