Planning Study That Based On System Of Urban And Rural Towns And Villages In The County

With the urbanization, industrialization and agricultural industrialization accelerate and the fact that we only focused on cities and town planning, overlooked and neglected the planning of rural areas in the past, the situation of "urban-rural split" has shown quite a few drawbacks, restrict the development of China's economic and social severely. Under the lastest situation, the state proposed the strategic thinking of the times that "completely change the urban-rural dual partition situation, to achieve the coordinative development between urban and rural areas ", various regions of our country are exploring and implementing the " city governing county" system reforms, issue the policy of " the strong county extends power ", promote the county's economic development.
