Study On Spatial Transform Of Suburban Villages And Towns In The Perspective Of Space Production

At the tendency of city regional and regional urbanization, The Suburb is an important strategic expansion of urban functional elements. Social, economic and environmental aspects of the Suburb are faced with the active or passive transformation. Space is the material carrier of society, economy and so on, and is a comprehensive reflection of the social economy in the land. A reasonable guide to the suburb villages and towns space transformation has an important significance for promoting the healthy development of city and rural areas. This paper takes space transformation as the research theme and Wulijie in Jiangxia in Wuhan as Example. Combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, the paper attempts to analyze the driving factors, characteristics and trends of the spatial transformation of suburban towns from the perspective of space production, and tries to put forward the countermeasures from the perspective of urban and rural planning.The main content of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the second chapter. Combining methods of literatures researching and Logical deduction, the paper set the analytic framework for space transformation of Suburban Villages and Towns in the perspective of Space Production. Under the background of the power and the capital to the countryside, power and capital are the key factors to promote the space transformation of suburb: power and capital reshaping the functional material space, power and capital reconstructing social economic space, power constructing political institutional space. The mechanism of space transformation of suburb can be summarized as two processes. With the government as the carrier, starting from the will of the government, through public policy documents, urban and rural planning and investment policy as means, power reshapes the township functional material space, reforms township administrative boundary, construct special political regional region, and produce the new political relations. With enterprises as the carrier, under the support of the government, to the pursuit of profit for the purpose, investing productive and consumptive materials, the built environment and other fields, capital not only shapes the form of physical space, and promotes the differentiation of the residential space, but also produce the new social stratum relations.The second part is the third chapter. Taking the five sector as an example and using empirical research method, the chapter sums up the characteristics of the space transformation of suburb. The characteristic of functional material space is mixed urban and rural space; the characteristic of social economic space is fragmentation; the characteristic of political institutional space is superior government-led. General characteristic of the space transformation is the power-capital alliance promotes the space transformation of suburb. On this basis, it summarizes four transition risks. The one is that the cooperation between government and enterprises has raised questions about the public's position on the protection of the public interest. The second are the public participation of farmers without substance and the lack of Space justice. The third is the lack of sustained power in the development of villages and towns. The fourth is the disappearance of rural social community.The third part is the fourth chapter. By using the method of logical deduction, based on the analysis of the development trend of the social economy, this paper sums up six main trends, including rapid growth of non-agricultural space, increasing accumulation of physical form, reconstruction of social space, dramatic restructuring of economic space, intensified game of political space, and increasing strengthen of Institutional space.The fourth part is the fifth chapter. By using the method of induction summary, on the basis of fully absorbing the latest planning theory and practical exploration results, from the four aspects of the development model of villages and towns, functional material space, social economic space and political institutional space in the perspective of Space Production, this paper systematically sums up the planning strategies for the space transformation of suburban towns in large cities. One is constructing the mode of cooperation between enterprises and enterprises; the second is overall regional development and to create the characteristics of rural style; The third is optimizing the overall spatial layout and reducing the spatial differentiation; The fourth is institutionformulation taking the multi stakeholder into account and balancing efficiency and fairness in policy implementation. In this paper, the author constructs a "power- capital" model to explain the space transformation of suburb and analyze the mechanism and process of space transformation under the action of power and capital. It provides the theoretical basis for the development of the space transformation of the suburb. In addition, the article from the urban planning perspective, put forward four countermeasures for rural spatial transformation. These have an important reference value for the suburban planning practice.
