In a market environment where global economic competition is intensifying and demand changes are becoming increasingly fierce,complex heavy equipment products that are oriented to design and produce according to orders are facing the huge challenge of quickly responding to market changes.At the same time,based on the characteristics of complex product structure,long development cycle,and complicated development process,complex heavy equipment products have a more complex change propagation effect in response to changes in market and customer needs,which may trigger a variety of restructuring activities.In addition,the design and manufacturing of complex heavy equipment involves multiple cooperative enterprises,and how to effectively communicate information and arrange tasks within and between enterprises is also a difficult problem for the production of such products.The rapid development of Internet technology has given a new inspiration to the traditional manufacturing industry.The research on the network collaborative manufacturing model for cloud services has made great progress in recent years,which provides new solutions for solving many problems in the development of complex heavy equipment.In this context,in order to improve the efficiency of collaborative development of complex heavy equipment,control the spread of changes in development projects,and ensure the smooth development of product development projects,this paper studies the task reorganization process and methods for changes in the network collaborative manufacturing model.The research contents include:Firstly,this article analyzes the reorganization activities under the collaborative manufacturing mode of complex heavy equipment network,proposes two types of task reorganization models oriented to changes in the process of task resource allocation,and studies the process of task reorganization activities.Secondly,this article studies the formulation of subtask reorganization schemes oriented to changes in requirements.By analyzing the task correlation,clustering and reorganizing the preliminary decomposed sub-tasks in the development of complex heavy equipment,forming an initial sub-task reorganization plan;using graph theory to analyze the impact of changes in each subtask,and identifying the greater impact of changes during the development.And then,the sub-task reorganization plan was adjusted to obtain the final task decomposition plan set.Then,the reorganization method of task redistribution triggered by resource change is studied.An evaluation system for executing candidate resources under the network collaborative manufacturing mode was established,and an initial task allocation model was established;the trigger mechanism for change events was set,and a task redistribution model with the minimum scheduling deviation as the objective function was established.The solution algorithm of the model is presented.Finally,the method verification is carried out by taking the development project process of 125 MN aluminum extrusion press as a case,and the task decomposition plan for demand change control is obtained,and the task redistribution model triggered by resource change is calculated based on the task plan set.Case analysis verifies the effectiveness of the method.
