| The global development of the construction industry leads to a fierce competition among the enterprises. The efficiency of project management level becomes the main point of competitiveness.Recently, the level of project management in civil engineering has been greatly developped. However, problems remain in the process of management, especially for the change management. This dissertation systematically analyzes the win-win strategy of the engineering change game during the construction period. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, both the advantages and disadvantage of the principal-agent model of engineering change is analyzed, combined with the Nash equilibrium theory, analyzes the game relationship and strategy space of both parties in the actual engineering change. At the same time,it focuses on the analysis of the impact of engineering change on personnel, machinery, materials, and other aspects of the project construction period, and transforms the engineering change problem in the construction process into a two-dimensional game problem with the given price and completion quality of both parties as to the game strategy space;Secondly, the bargaining process of both parties in the construction process is decomposed into a duopoly game process composed of different game stages. From the perspective of cost-benefit of engineering change, combined with duopoly game theory, the Stackelberg two-stage dynamic game profit win-win model is constructed.According to the functional characteristics and game rules of the change model, the Nash equilibrium solution method of the dynamic game win-win model of engineering change is given; Finally, through the case simulation calculation of the dynamic game model of engineering change and the trend analysis of the main simulation parameters in the change game model. This paper comprehensively demonstrates the applicability of Stackelberg’s two-stage dynamic game win-win model to engineering change bargaining problem, and the effectiveness of the Nash equilibrium solution method in the change game model. At the same time,to further study the problem of engineering change management and improve the efficiency of engineering change management, the game parameters of Stackelberg’s two-stage dynamic game win-win model are analyzed by stages. It is concluded that the important control factors of both parties in the first stage of engineering change are: the completion utility of engineering change and the initial given price of the construction party; The important factors of the second stage are: the utility of the construction party’s change, the complete utility of the project change and the inconvenient parameters. The research in this dissertation provides a theotetical reference for the improvement and development of the management level for the engineering change problem. |
