At present,China is in an important period of getting rid of poverty and realizing a well-off society for all people.It is at the turning point of social and economic improvement.Infrastructure engineering is the pillar industry of the national economy.Road,bridge and tunnel engineering construction is a key link in infrastructure construction,a link connecting the economy of all parts of the country,and a speeder driving the economy to soar.Segment transport vehicle,as the name suggests,is a kind of vehicle used to transport segments.Its essence is a kind of engineering transport vehicle,which is responsible for transporting shield segments in the process of tunnel construction.This topic "75t segment transport vehicle design and key system analysis" comes from the project I participated in during my internship in Qinhuangdao Tianye Tonglian Heavy Industry Technology Co.,Ltd.this project is designed for the project management department of bid 02 section of Huancheng North Road Tianmushan road upgrading and reconstruction project of China Railway Tunnel Co.,Ltd.According to the design requirements,the overall structure of 75 t segment transport vehicle is designed,including frame structure,drive system,suspension system,steering system,front cab lifting system,electric control system,automatic fire extinguishing system and air brake system.The key drive system,suspension system,steering system,front cab lifting system and hydraulic system are analyzed Design and research,as well as calculation and model selection for important structures and components,lay a theoretical foundation for the simulation analysis in the following chapters.Then the static simulation analysis of the load-bearing mechanism frame of the vehicle is carried out by using ANSYS software to find out the dangerous position of the frame deformation and analyze whether the structural performance of the frame meets the design requirements;and continue to carry out structural dynamic analysis,find out the self-excited frequency of resonance phenomenon,ensure the dynamic characteristics of the frame structure,and improve the service life of the frame.Secondly,the dynamic simulation analysis of the suspension system of the 75 t segment transport vehicle is carried out.A simple model of the suspension system is built in the 3D modeling software PROE,and then the dynamic simulation is carried out through the dynamic simulation software ADAMS.The force curve changes of the key hinge points are analyzed to provide data support for the hydraulic system simulation in the next chapter.Finally,considering that 75 t segment transport vehicle includes two working conditions of no-load and heavy load,heavy load is divided into segment transport,box culvert transport and mortar tank transport,so it is necessary to analyze the change of suspension hydraulic system under different load conditions.The principle model diagram of the suspension hydraulic system is established through AMESim software,and the stroke and pressure change curve of the suspension cylinder during the ascent process are obtained.The comparison is carried out through field tests,and the correctness of the simulation results is analyzed to verify the rationality of the system.
