| With the popularization and application of MC-WPT technology in electric vehicles,medical instruments,industrial production,underwater equipment and other new fields.The problems of MC-WPT technology applied in some special metal environment need to be solved urgently.Spacecraft and deep sea vehicle mostly use metal shells and the coupler of MC-WPT system is embedded in the shell.Considering the requirement of the metal shell for structural strength,the inlaid hole in the shell should be as small as possible,which makes a strong coupling between coupler and the shell.As everyone knows,metal in the magnetic field will cause eddy current effect,not only makes eddy current heat loss,but also affect the transmission performance,sometimes even lead to the system detuning.At present,there have been many studies about the effects of metals on MC-WPT system.However,most of the research focuses on the analysis of the metal between coils,at the bottom of coils or in a metal barrel.There are no researches been found on the influence of metals in the same plane with pickup coil on the MC-WPT system.This paper mainly focuses on the influence of the metal in the same plane with the pickup coil and its suppression methods.In this paper,a simulation model was established on the COMSOL and MATLAB software platform to study the influence of different materials,shapes,positions,sizes and transmission distances on the coil parameters and system transmission performance of the coupler.Based on the above disciplines,A kind of magnetic coupler based on the influence disciplines that actively suppresses the influence caused by metal in the same plane with pickup coil is proposed,through the magnetic field and circuit and suppression coil winding methods to analyze,aim for minimum the influence of metal in the same plane with pick up coil on system transmission performance,its parameter design method is given;In order to improve the transmission performance of the system in metal environment with different materials while maintaining a constant power output,the multi-objective genetic algorithm NSGA-II with constraints was selected to optimize the parameters of the MC-WPT system,and the optimization results of the system parameters were given.Further,the metal influence on the transmission performance of MC-WPT with the suppression coil is suppressed.Finally,an experimental prototype is designed and built to verify the discipline of the metal on the coupler parameters and MC-WPT system.Then,the parameters and systems of the coupler with suppression and those without suppression are compared experimentally.The efficiency of the system without suppression coils is reduced by 20%with metal,while the transmission efficiency of the system with suppression coils is reduced by only 3%.It is proved that the coupler with suppression coil has obvious suppress effect on metal in the same plane with pickup coil.At the same time,this paper also verifies the improvement of the system parameter optimization algorithm to the transmission performance.The efficiency of the optimized system parameters is increased by 3% and 4% under the conditions of aluminum alloy and ferroalloy,respectively.And the output power is more stable. |
