Research On Database Construction Of Traditional Architectural Features

Due to the special geographical location and the special mountain environment of Chongqing,a large number of traditional residential buildings with distinctive characteristics of Bayu have been created,which have been well preserved till now.However,with the change of construction technology and building materials,as well as the vigorous development of ancient village tourism.The commercialization of some traditional Bayu style ancient towns is becoming more and more serious,and the newly-built and rebuilt buildings are more and more deviated from the traditional architectural form of Bayu,resulting in serious damage to the integrity of the ancient town style.In the long run,the ancient town with the original traditional architectural style of Bayu would no longer exist.Therefore,we urgently need to take some technical means and laws and regulations to regulate and guide the new construction and reconstruction projects of the ancient town.So that the construction of traditional Bayu ancient town can achieve good development.And the construction of Chongqing Traditional Bayu architectural style database is an important technical means to realize the benign development of style construction.The construction of the database can first establish the database of all the traditional Bayu style buildings in the main urban area of Chongqing,which is convenient for the relevant staff to consult and manage.In addition,through the input of some laws and regulations,the database can review and evaluate some reconstruction and new buildings in the relevant areas,so as to make the shape of such projects more in line with the traditional Bayu style,so as to strengthen the integrity of the architectural style of ancient villages.At present,many domestic researchers have carried out researches on traditional architectural features,architectural databases and other contents,and achieved certain results.However,the current researches mostly focus on the preservation of cultural relic protection units or historical buildings,and pay less attention to the traditional architectural features that occupy more scope and proportion.Therefore,this paper will incorporate these types of traditional buildings into the research combined with database technology.In this paper,first of all,some basic theory of architectural style,database research,and then in the second chapter summarizes the analysis of the characteristics of the traditional architectural style,design,control theory,the related design practices,and building style database related theory and practice,etc,and on this basis the traditional architectural style for database construction in conclusion;The third and fourth chapters describe the construction principles and strategies of the traditional architectural style database in detail,and the construction strategies are elaborated from five aspects:demand target analysis,development environment selection,data collection and processing mode,database construction,functions and application interface.The fifth chapter takes traditional Bayu architecture as an example to analyze the whole process of traditional architecture database from early style analysis to data information collection and input to function realization.Based on the theoretical summary of Chongqing Traditional Ba Yu period architecture,based on a large number of on-the-spot investigation of existing style buildings.Grasp some important elements,sort out and classify the architectural style systematically,combine with the database construction related technology,finally establish the traditional architectural style database.Through on-the-spot investigation and analysis of the case,several standards are summarized for guidance.The chapter analyzes the architectural style of the building type effectively,and finally establishes a systematic architectural style database of Chongqing,hoping to be helpful to architects’ practical work and administrators’ approval work.
