| The traffic conditions in the control waterway of the Yangtze River are poor.Ships must pass in a one-way and orderly manner according to the traffic signals.The traffic signals obtain ship information based on the AIS data decoded in the channel and are generated according to the traffic rules in the control waterway.Even though the AIS data contains information such as ship speed,position,but does not provide the information of the ship’s special course and the position of the control waterway,which was crucial in the command process.At the same time due to the complex environment in controlled waterway,the receiving range of AIS signals is small and there are errors and missing problems in the AIS messages.It is difficult to ensure the safety and efficiency of the ship’s traffic by directly using the AIS data to generate traffic signals.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and analyze the AIS data to provide stable and efficient ship data support for the command of ships in the control waterway.Taking the Luzhou section of the Yangtze River Channel as the research background,in view of the problems of AIS data during the operation of the intelligent traffic command system for ship in the control waterway,use AIS,MQTT,big data processing,database and other technical to realize AIS wide range of reception,ship data supplement,ship data release and other functions,for ship traffic command of control waterway provides strong ship data support and service.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the data problems existing in the operation of the ship intelligent passage command system in the control reach are summarized,and the ship data requirements related to the application of digital channel are studied and analyzed.In order to provide reliable and efficient data service,the system architecture and technical scheme are formulated.Secondly,aiming at the error of using waterway centerline to determine upstream and downstream.Based on the history of AIS in the control waterway,build the reference course mining model,mines the reference course of the channel mileage line in the control waterway,and replaces the center line of the channel with the reference course of the channel mileage line.Thirdly,in view of the AIS data does not provide the specific course of the ship and the specific position of the vessel in the control section of the ship.Design a method to determine the position of ship in the control waterway based on grid and judgment method of ship’s special course based on grid reference course,grid the control waterway and set up the index.At the same time,each grid is filled with information such as whether it is in the river,reference course,and the specific location of the control waterway.By coordinate transformation of the longitude and latitude of the ship AIS,grid index and relevant information of the grid can be obtained,and then the information of the ship’s special course as well as the specific position of the control waterway can be obtained.Finally,according to the system design scheme,the ship data service client is developed,and the functions of data subscription,data processing,data publishing,data storage and information management are realized.The system has been deployed in the internal network of Luzhou Waterway Bureau,and it can provide ship data service while running stably,reaching the design goal of the system. |
