Very high frequency voice communication is an international communication method used for navigating,avoiding collision,rescuing water accident and releasing safety information.Controled waterway is winding and zigzagging,and ships must pass through controled waterway in an orderly manner according to the state of the signal flags.VHF is the only voice communication method for commanders to remotely interact with ships to grasp the traffic status and ship dynamics.The waterway management department proposed the application of information technology to realize unattended signal stations and remote command of controlled waterway,which is the only means for commanders to conduct remote voice interaction with ships to grasp the traffic status and ship dynamics.the problems caused by the remote location and the inconvenient transportation of the signal stations to the work and life of the commanders.However,the current VHF communication equipment of the signal stations can only carry out voice communication with ships within a limited distance,and cannot meet the needs of remote command of the signal stations In order to realize the remote command of signal stations,this paper revises the existing VHF communication system and builds a networked digital VHF communication system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem that the current VHF voice communication system can not complete the long distance communication between ship and shore,this paper proposes to build a digital VHF voice communication system.At the same time,the requirements of the new system were analyzed in detail,the relevant technical route of function realization was formulated,and the overall architecture of the new system was designed.(2)In view of the difficulty of transplantation,complex structure and high cost of commercial digital VHF communication system,this paper proposes to use voice collection terminal and Raspberry Pi as front-end voice processing equipment to design and implement ship-to-shore remote communication.(3)In order to further enhance the digital level of the VHF voice communication system,after the realization of the ship-shore remote communication function,this paper designs and implements automatic call recording,warning voice timing broadcast,signal disclosure information voice broadcast,voice warning of accident-prone waters,and automatic recording of common ship information.These functions strengthen the role of VHF voice communication in the command of ships in controled waterway.The system has been deployed at various test points in the controled waterway of Shen Beizui,and the system can The system can run stably for a long time.After on-site testing,the sound quality of the ship-to-shore communication is clear,which can meet the VHF requirements of the remote command of the signal station.The research results of this paper can be promoted in other controlled waterway.
