The engine is the core component of a car,and its assembly quality determines the performance of the engine and directly determines the overall quality level of the car.At present,the engine assembly process has problems such as lag in quality control,difficulty in selecting quality control points,and low assembly efficiency.The Industrial Internet has the advantages of comprehensive data perception,real-time transmission and interaction,and rapid processing.It can perceive and intelligently analyze engine assembly quality data in real time,and provide a basis for decision-making in the engine assembly process.In view of this,the quality control of automobile engine assembly process is the goal.Based on industrial Internet technology.This paper presents the research on the quality control of automobile engine assembly process under the industrial Internet.This article analyzes the quality control of the engine assembly process.It builds the engine assembly process quality control framework under the Industrial Internet,and determines the key quality control points of the engine assembly process.Then the mass transfer relationship between the quality control points in the engine assembly process is studied.Finally,the quality prediction model of key quality control points in the assembly process of automobile engine is constructed.The main research work is as follows:(1)Starting from the characteristics of engine assembly quality data,a correlation analysis model based on Copula function is established.It expands the identification method of key quality control points in engine assembly.This method can identify the correlation between different characteristic data.Describe the related structure of engine quality control points and engine performance,and explore the impact of key quality control points on engine performance.(2)According to the error flow theory,the mutual influence relationship between the quality control points in the engine assembly process is deduced,and the quality transfer network of the engine assembly process is established.Based on the PSO-BP neural network algorithm,the quality prediction model of the key quality control points in the engine assembly process is established.Realize the quality prediction of key quality control points in the engine assembly process.It provides a new idea for the quality prediction of the engine assembly process.(3)An empirical analysis of the quality control of an automobile company’s engine assembly process.Based on the Copula function correlation analysis model,the key quality control points that affect engine performance are identified.The influence of key quality control points on engine performance is analyzed.Based on the quality prediction model of key quality control points in engine assembly,the quality prediction of key quality control points in the engine assembly process of the enterprise is realized.And use the EWMA control chart to control the quality abnormality of the quality prediction results.
