Under the background of "industry 4.0" and "made in China 2025",intelligence will become the core direction of future hydraulic technology development.Hydraulic components,as the upstream products of construction machinery and industrial machinery,must seek the breakthrough of intelligent hydraulic,to meet the needs of the new generation of intelligent manufacturing with a new concept of hydraulic digital intelligent components and systems,in order to match and integrate with the intelligent mechanical equipment host.Therefore,this paper selects the proportional servo valve as the research object,explores the new use of the proportional servo valve for pressure control in front of the valve,and uses the proportional servo valve for pressure test in front of the valve to verify whether the proportional servo valve can realize the function of the relief valve.Firstly,according to the working principle and structural characteristics of the proportional servo valve,the control strategy of the constant pressure module in front of the proportional servo valve is formulated by comparing with the function of the relief valve,and the corresponding mathematical model of pressure control is established according to the hardware structure of the whole control module.Secondly,the flow field of the working oil passage in front of the proportional servo valve is analyzed by using fluent in ANSYS software.According to the change of oil flow direction and pressure distribution under different opening and pressure,the law of jet angle changing with valve opening and pressure is found,and the appropriate steady-state hydrodynamic calculation formula is fitted.Then,according to the reasonable steady-state hydrodynamic formula,the mathematical model is simplified,and its principle analysis is carried out.Thirdly,AMESim is used to simulate the pressure control system in front of the proportional servo valve,and the experimental principle is proved to be feasible and superior to ordinary performance.Finally,the principle experiment of constant pressure function in front of the proportional servo valve is carried out on the test-bed,which provides some reference for further optimizing its control performance.The research results can be extended to the development of other functions of intelligent proportional servo valve,provide technical reference for the development of intelligent hydraulic valve,and promote the development of hydraulic intelligence.
