Grid planning as the main planning,responsible for the system steady operation,large area and power grid development planning and network line transmission disequilibrium can cause circuit overload,causing blackouts accidents,so the traditional economy oriented grid planning will no longer apply,planning should be more consideration to the problem of line load rate equilibrium distribution.As the quantity value of measuring the variation degree and equilibrium state of the system,the power flow entropy is used in the transmission network planning to provide a research idea for describing the load rate equilibrium.In addition,how to establish the relevant indexes to describe the balance degree of the overall distribution of line active power flow is of great research significance.In order to solve the above problems,this paper makes a more in-depth study on transmission network planning.Firstly,the basic models of transmission network planning,transmission line balance and power flow entropy theory are analyzed,and the traditional transmission network planning model is established.The optimization algorithm of multi-objective programming is studied theoretically,and the multi-objective bacterial population pharmacotactic algorithm is improved,and the method of mean square error is proposed to determine the optimal compromise solution of objective function.Secondly,based on the trend of the entropy theory line load rate proportional analysis methods,building load rate trend entropy index,and increase the index of maximum value in the traditional grid planning of the objective function,increase the rate of the load trend in the constraint condition entropy constraint,based on the established considering line load rate trend of the entropy of the grid multi-objective programming model.The improved optimization algorithm is used to solve the model,and compared with different models,the results show that the proposed programming model is feasible and the proposed method is reasonable.Finally,in view of existing transmission lines in the active trend balanced degree of the related research mainly focused on the single line load rate of the problem,this article defines the line load rate trend trend entropy loss rate of entropy,active,transmission efficiency trend entropy three indexes,and defined three indexes weighted and balanced degree factor,use it for the grid planning,in order to improve the distribution of the transmission line active trend overall balance,and equilibrium degree applied in the constraint factors of constraint,on this basis,set up the grid economic cost minimum and equilibrium degree factor of multi-objective programming model,and USES the improved multi-objective optimization algorithm to solve the model,The feasibility of the planning method and the superiority of the planning model are verified by comparing different models and sensitivity analysis.
