The two-phase shock plate of double shock cycloid steel ball drive is symmetrical,which can eliminate inertia load and realize self balance.The transmission structure is compact,the transmission ratio is wide and the transmission is stable,and the application prospect is broad.This paper analyzes the tooth shape,force and torque,lubrication and efficiency of the double shock cycloid steel ball drive system,and develops a prototype for relevant experimental research.The double shock wave cycloid steel ball transmission structure is proposed,and the transmission ratio of the system is calculated.According to the cycloid generation principle,the tooth profile equation of the shock wave disk is derived,and the tooth profile equation of the central disk is derived by using the coordinate transformation method.The curvature and principal curvature of the tooth profile are calculated,and the conditions to avoid the interference of the central disk tooth profile are analyzed.The calculation formula of the pressure angle of the central disk tooth profile is derived,and the influence of the structural parameters on it is analyzed The three-dimensional model of double shock cycloid steel ball transmission mechanism is established in Solid Works,and the speed and torque of the transmission system are simulated by ADAMS software.The space force model of the meshing pair is established,and the force balance equation of the meshing pair is established and solved according to the deformation coordination relationship between the steel ball and the shock plate.The output torque expression of the transmission system is derived,and the influence of structural parameters on the meshing force and output torque is analyzed.According to Hertz contact theory,the contact stress between the steel ball and the shock plate and the center plate is solved.The soft element analysis is used The static simulation analysis of the double shock wave cycloid steel ball transmission system is carried out.According to the spatial meshing principle,the relative motion velocity of meshing point is analyzed;the angle between meshing line and relative motion velocity is calculated and analyzed;the entrainment velocity and sliding velocity of transmission system are solved;the minimum oil film thickness of double shock cycloid steel ball transmission is calculated by using Hamrock Dowson formula,and the lubrication state of meshing pair is analyzed,and the influence of parameters on the minimum oil film thickness is analyzed.The sliding friction coefficient under different lubrication conditions is calculated and analyzed;the transmission efficiency calculation formula of double shock wave cycloidal steel ball transmission system under different lubrication conditions is deduced,and the influence of parameters on the transmission efficiency of the system is analyzed;the prototype of double shock wave cycloidal steel ball transmission is developed,and the transmission efficiency experiment is carried out by using the prototype,and the results are compared with the theoretical results.
