In the context of adolescent physical health,youth sports and injury protection are becoming a hot spot for the society,especially parents.At present,domestic and foreign researches on knee sports injuries mainly focus on post-injury treatment and postrehabilitation.Although there are many styles of related knee joint protection products on the market,in general,the product form is single and the sense of restraint is heavier,which cannot meet the needs of young people.Sports behavior and psychological characteristics have led to a low level of trust among young people in knee joint protection products,low acceptance,and low durability of use.In response to the above problems,this article proposes an innovative design of wearable knee protectors from the perspective of prevention,combining micro-mechanical systems,precision sensing technology,Bluetooth signal transmission,flexible airbags and other technologies to provide scientific,reasonable and effective protection for youth sports.First,research the acceptance of existing knee protection products and user population behaviors through field research,questionnaire surveys,and user interviews,to obtain the core needs of users for intelligent knee protectors,and secondly use AHP and QFD to obtain requirements.Weight analysis,determine the type of demand and priority demand,and transform the design characteristics,through the CMF analysis and ergonomic analysis of the product,obtain the design practice of wearable knee protectors,equipped with micro sensors,spiral gauges and other modules and corresponding The APP is a complete smart wearable knee protector design.Finally,the three-dimensional motion capture system is used to test the protection of the knee protector,the heart rate monitor is used to experimentally determine the comfort of the product,and the product appearance is subjectively scored using user research to obtain a comprehensive evaluation of the product.Through the innovative practice of the design of intelligent wearable knee protectors by using flexible airbags,the fit and comfort of the product are improved,the joy of sports for young people is enhanced,and the good development of young people’s health and physical education is promoted.At the same time,it is smart for the future.Chemical prevention products provide theoretical and practical references.
