Ship launching with airbags is a ship launching method which was pioneered by China in the 1980 s.With decades of exploration and development of the technology of ship launching with airbags,it has become more and more mature.Compared with traditional ship launching methods,which is outstanding economic,environmental and has gradually promoted the transformation of shipbuilding mode from traditional mode to more flexible mode within some small and medium shipyards.Meanwhile,how to make sure the technology of ship launching with airbags is safe which has always been the focus of the whole ship industry.Ship launching with airbags is a method that uses flexible low-pressure airbags which provide huge support in deformation state to drive the ship into the water.In this process,the safety issues are mainly for the ship and airbags.The ship is a huge means of transportation which generally weighs tens of thousands or tons at every turn.It’s difficult to calculate the weight of the ship directly during the design and construction process of the ship,and may cause unexpected accidents during the process of launching or sailing.As the carrier of the ship launching,airbags have particularly complex characteristics of deformation.It’s difficult to grasp the real-time status of the airbags during the entire movement process,which adds risk to the process of ship launching.Aiming at these two issues,there proposes a method which construct the airbag model in two stages of ship launching based Simscape in this paper.One of stages is the static stage with removing the wooden piers under the ship and another is the dynamic static stage with airbags rolling.And build an experimental platform which is based on the research team’s existing key equipments for monitoring pressure of airbags as input data for the airbag model to verify the model.In the static stage,the airbags bear all the weight of the ship that maintains a static balance state,when the component force of the ship’s weight in the vertical direction of the slipway and the supporting force of airbags on the ship are mutually interaction and reaction force.The weight of the ship can be calculated by the superimposition model which consists of many single airbag models.Constructing the airbag model can not only provides a reference for the safety control of the ship launching process,but also enriches the theoretical research of ship launching with airbags to a certain extent.The main work contents of this paper are divided as follows:(1)Put forward the research background and significance of this paper,describe the development history and application status of ship launching with airbags,and put forward main research content for the model construction of the airbag and calculation the weight of the ship with the airbag superposition model which based on the actual issues about the ship launching.The goal of the research is to grasp the state of the airbag through the airbag model verification and improve the safety of ship launching.(2)Describe the detail technology of ship launching with airbags and the modeling environment Simscaoe.Outline the ship motion process and technical indicators,confirm the different states of the airbag,which provides ideas for later model construction.(3)Build an IoT experimental platform for monitoring the data of ship launching airbags,which provides input data for thr airbag model.Introduce the key technologies and hardware devices involved in each layer of the IoT system.The key technologies involve IoT technology,ZigBee data transmission,NB-IoT data transmission and device cloud technology.Hardware devices include the air pressure sensor and the ZigBee/NB-IoT protocol converter.(4)Perform mathematical analysis on the different states of the single airbag.Calculate the mathematical relationship between the parameters of the airbag through theoretical calculations.And explore the relationship between the internal pressure and deformation of the airbag.This step is the mathematical theory foundation of model construction.(5)Use Simlink to model the different states of the airbag and integrate it into Simscape,construct the static state model of removing the wooden piers under the ship,and the dynamic state model of the airbag rolling.Then import the airbag pressure data from the IoT experimental platform,verify the models separately and obtain the changes of the airbag status data at each stage.Finally,construct the superimposed model which consists of all the airbags under the ship to calculate the weight of the ship.(6)Summarize the contents of this paper.Analyze the defects of the contents which need to be improved.Finally,put forward future prospects.
