The Micro-regeneration Design Of Public Space In Old Community Baced On Satisfaction Evaluation

With the rapid development of modern cities in China,the public service facilities in old communities can no longer meet the living requirements of residents at this stage.The question of how the infrastructure construction of public spaces in old communities can meet the needs of residents and users has become the focus of research by experts and scholars.The community public space serves as a "trigger" to connect the lives of residents.As an extension space for designing residents’ daily life,it can not only enhance the sense of belonging of the community residents,but also serve the function of integrating social relations.Community public spaces have both functional and social attributes.Therefore,it is too important to have a public space in an old city community that can meet the functional needs of residents’ daily life and the spiritual needs of residents.Due to the age of the old city community,the original functions and service facilities have long been unable to meet the daily needs of the current residents.There is often a good community space,but residents have an awkward situation in which the community space is not highly evaluated.Therefore,this article conducts an empirical study of the satisfaction evaluation theory in the community public space of Guangzhou Qingkui Community.Through research,it finds out the dimensions that affect the community residents ’satisfaction evaluation of the community public space,and finds the highest priority demand points of the community residents.Propose design strategies to effectively guide the micro-update design practice of public spaces in old communities.Thereby increasing the satisfaction of the community residents.This article makes an in-depth discussion and research on this goal.First of all,this paper analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign academic literature on community micro-updates and user satisfaction evaluation,and summarizes the theories and evaluation methods related to space satisfaction evaluation.Explore the development path of the community in the old city and analyze the practical constraints of the old community in today’s society due to the younger residents.Old communities are characterized by low openness to the outside world and incomplete community service systems,and they are at a stage of gradual optimization to meet the new needs of residents.In order to study how the old community should adapt to the new needs of the residents and enhance the adaptability of the old community,this article will conduct empirical research on the Qingkui community through questionnaire surveys,literature review,field research and other forms to gain insight into the real needs of the community residents.And through the field research results,to identify the constraints of the community and give suggestions.Then,the evaluation index of residents’ satisfaction with community public space.It is an important basis for insight into the daily needs of residents.By consulting the literature,it is found that domestic scholars have relatively few empirical studies on community space satisfaction.However,as a theoretical basis for residents’ satisfaction with the community,to quantify the satisfaction evaluation index of the old community public space is urgently needed by industry and academia.This article will comprehensively analyze the current situation and characteristics of domestic old communities.And insight into the real needs of community residents for community public space,in turn,is used as a basis to establish an old community satisfaction evaluation model,and design user questionnaires based on the evaluation dimensions in the model.Then use SPSS25.0 to analyze the validity and validity of the questionnaire,and use LISREL8.70 to analyze and verify the rationality of the constructed satisfaction model.It is used to guide the construction of basic service facilities for public spaces in old communities,to meet the new needs of new residents in old communities,and to increase residents’ satisfaction with community spaces.Finally,the satisfaction model is used to guide the design.According to the satisfaction evaluation,the main needs of users for the public space of the old community are found,the design strategy is proposed,and the Guangzhou Qingkui community is updated and the design plan is given.
