Transportation is the link between the transportation of people and materials between the entire city,and it is also the driving force that promotes the economic growth of the entire city.As my country’s urbanization process continues to accelerate and advance,urban rail transit has also become an important way to solve urban traffic jams and reduce the rate of urban traffic accidents.With the complexity and diversification of the construction of urban rail transit projects in my country and the increasing number of risk sources,the requirements for risk management levels are getting higher and higher,which is the key to the survival of enterprises in competition and the ultimate success of the project.However,risk is often abstract and uncertain in the management of engineering projects.Therefore,it is also difficult to carry out risk management in the project.This also prompts people to continuously strengthen their own research on risk management in the project.In order to improve the efficiency of the risk management objectives in the project.Early warning of project risks can increase the probability and possibility of achieving project goals,so as not to respond to risks after they appear,which may cause panic and bring higher risk response costs.This article mainly uses cases and GF urban rail construction projects to make specific analysis from the aspects of construction project risk management planning,project risk identification,risk evaluation,control and prevention,etc.,and take expert discussions,questionnaires,and surveys in practice.AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process,Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method for systematic investigation and analysis,Give a detailed introduction to the risk identification and evaluation,and further deepen the basic understanding of risk management,Through the yaahp analytic hierarchy process software,the five major risks of GF urban rail construction project safety management and personnel risk,engineering construction risk,technical risk,environmental risk,and financial risk are calculated,analyzed,divided and rated,and made according to the risk evaluation results.Corresponding risk response measures,Make the risk management of engineering projects more standardized and scientific,avoid or minimize the existence of various unfavorable factors and their appearance and impact on the project.
