Research On Risk Management Of Jixi QP Road

Road construction projects are carried out in a relatively complicated social environment and natural environment.Due to factors such as the long construction project cycle and the large number of construction operators,the internal and external factors involved in the construction project are constantly changing during the construction process.Construction projects are subject to various risk factors.The existence of various risk factors will inevitably pose great challenges to road construction projects.Therefore,in order to ensure the smooth and orderly progress of road construction projects.The risk management research in the road construction process also put forward corresponding requirements.This article takes the QPL Road of JX construction project as the research object,and analyzes and studies the risk of the QPL Road of JX construction project based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the related theoretical knowledge of risk management and the actual status of the QPL Road of JX construction project.First,analyze the existing problems of the QPL Road of JX construction project through the overview of the QPL Road of JX construction project,and use the Delphi Technique and brainstorming method to identify the risks of the QPL Road of JX construction project.Risk and quality risk;secondly,based on the purpose and principles of risk assessment,use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the identified risk factors,so as to determine the evaluation level and factors,construct the evaluation judgment matrix,and evaluate the weight The value calculation and risk evaluation probability calculation finally concluded that the overall risk status of the QPL Road of JX Construction Project is at a good level,the natural risk status is at a general level,and the schedule risk,technical risk,safety risk,and quality risk are all at a good level.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment,risk control measures are proposed from the aspects of progress risk,technical risk,security risk,natural risk,and quality risk.The purpose of this paper is to reduce the probability of risk occurrence during construction and to reduce the risk cost of the QPL Road of JX construction project.The research in this paper guarantees the high-quality completion of the QPL Road of JX Construction Project.At the same time,it broadens the field of risk management research,enriches the risk research system for road construction problems,and provides theoretical and case reference for risk management research in China's road industry.
