Transmission lines play a key role in the power system,and their operating status is directly related to the reliability and safety of the power grid.Comprehensive state assessment and defect analysis of transmission lines,as well as scientific decision-making methods for maintenance and repair,are the key to improving the reliability of transmission lines.This article aims to conduct a differentiated state assessment of transmission lines and determine the health status of transmission lines under various environmental impacts.At the same time,conduct correlation analysis and early warning of unit defects of transmission lines to highlight the key points of operation and maintenance of transmission lines.Finally,based on the results of state assessment and defect analysis,the transmission line is optimized for maintenance and repair.This article first analyzes and selects the basic parameters of transmission line state assessment based on in-depth understanding of domestic and foreign overhead transmission line state assessment technology methods;based on the historical defect information of power grid transmission lines in a certain area,the confidence level method is used to quantify the basic parameters;then the quantified parameter matrix is simplified through principal component analysis,so as to establish a key parameter system for transmission line state assessment.Then,the operating environment of the transmission line is researched and analyzed,and a method for evaluating the differentiated state of the transmission line that combines the analytic hierarchy process,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the influence of the special section of the line is proposed.First,construct the hierarchical structure relationship of the state assessment based on the key parameter system,and determine the relative importance weight of each parameter and unit by constructing the judgment matrix;then establish the state evaluation factor set and evaluation set,and obtain the membership degree matrix of each unit state through fuzzy mathematics membership function;finally select the main special section type of the local power grid,and determine the key parameters affected by the transmission line in each special section through analysis;according to the current defect level of the parameter,a variable weight formula and an adjustment coefficient are introduced to adjust the weight of the parameter,and the differentiated state evaluation model of the transmission line is further obtained.Aiming at the lag in the detection of the current transmission line status defects and the untargeted inspection work,a transmission line defect correlation analysis and defect early warning method based on the FP-Growth(frequent-pattern growth)algorithm is proposed.First,analyze the related factors affecting transmission line defects based on multi-source data;then perform corresponding data processing on the original features,and construct a feature data set composed of defects and various factors;finally,the feature set is mined through the FP-Growth algorithm,and a strong association rule library between various factors and defects is obtained;analyze the associated factors of the association rules in the rule base,and use the rule base as a defect warning database to provide early warning of the defect category and defect level of the transmission line,and provide a basis for line inspection and defect elimination.Finally,based on the priority of subjective and objective maintenance,the maintenance sequence of the transmission line is optimized based on the minimum deviation;at the same time,based on the relevant operating procedures and state maintenance guidelines,the maintenance content is classified,and the maintenance time limit is determined according to the line state interval;combined with the differentiated state assessment results of the transmission lines and the line maintenance sequence optimization results,the transmission lines of different state levels are formulated appropriate maintenance strategy.A typical transmission line in a certain area is selected as the object of example analysis to verify the effectiveness of the differential evaluation model,defect correlation analysis and early warning method and maintenance decision method proposed in this paper. |
