In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s tourism and education industry,the market demand for commercial buses is gradually increasing.If the commercial vehicle manufacturers with higher requirements for personalized design can not timely and accurately convert the customer’s needs into order requirements,the product design and production cycle will be extended,and the delivery time will be difficult to meet the customer’s requirements.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for commercial vehicle enterprises to research and develop a system that can quickly and accurately describe customer requirements and convert them into formal orders.The complexity of the commercial vehicle industry determines the complexity of the informatization of the industry.It is very important to realize the informatization of prototype enterprise.Firstly,this paper investigated the process of whole sales life cycle,and then analyzes the responsibilities of the system users.At the same time,considering the characteristics of bus products including the small/medium-sized and the status quo of the sales process of the enterprise,it finds that the prototype enterprise has the following two main problems: first,it is difficult for enterprises to capture the personalized needs of customers,and it is difficult to realize the personalized functional requirements of enterprises through the existing system.Therefore,this paper puts forward the following three improvement directions: first point is realizing the data sharing between the new system and other existing systems;second point is analyzing the existing main business sales process in the new system in order to improve the complex order control process;third point is speeding up the efficiency of customer information feedback by front-line sales staff through the new system.Based on the improvement direction,this paper investigated the process of prototype business.Using UML language,this paper analyzed the function case of the system and designed the integration scheme of system data.The system realized the business opportunity audit,order process management,statistical reports,system settings,basic data,system security and other functions.Combined with the system to meet the personalized needs of more small and medium-sized enterprises in the future,the system is deployed on SaaS platform,and the data storage model and RBAC access model of SaaS platform are designedUsing the new system can solve the enterprise sales process lack of control,feedback channel lack of management,weak sale management,weak collaboration ability cross departments,low digita level of approval process,furtherly,it can improve the existing sales order process.Finally,the improvement process of before and after is modeled by Petri net,verified and simulated,which proved that it is more reasonable and efficient in the working state of the improved process.
