| As a kind of renewable energy,wind energy and solar energy are clean,pollution-free and sustainable,with broad application prospects.With the continuous progress of new energy power generation technology,wind energy and photovoltaic power generation systems are gradually changing from supplementary energy to main energy in terms of development status and long-term planning.First of all,based on the current situation of the regional power grid,combined with the characteristics of the regional load,and based on the load data of previous years,this paper carried out load prediction and power balance analysis,and reached the conclusion that the power gap of the regional power grid will continue to increase with the growth of the load,which will provide a favorable load foundation for rational access of new energy planning projects.Secondly,through the analysis of the regional wind speed,light intensity and other natural indicators,it can be seen that the region generally has the conditions for the development of small-scale decentralized wind power and photovoltaic power stations.At the same time,in view of its good development potential,the regional new energy development planning project is given,and the next major research direction and specific tasks are pointed out.Again,the reference area of conventional energy planning projects and load growth data,new energy acceptance ability in analysis and calculation on the basis of the combination of new energy capacity production project,considering the new energy planning project output,regional power that new energy acceptance ability overall trends to increase year by year,and needs to be delivered to the outside the overall weakening trend year by year.Therefore,it is determined that the access points with strong local near-term and long-term absorption capacity should be given priority in the system access scheme of regional new energy planning projects,and then the delivery scheme should be planned according to the characteristics of grid structure to meet the system access needs of new energy.Finally,according to the principle of system access,combined with the current situation of the power grid and the near and long term planning,the new energy planning project delivery scheme is proposed,and the network adaptability and operation economy of the scheme are analyzed.At the same time,through the system simulation experiment,the new energy consumption capacity of the regional power grid before and after the implementation of the scheme is compared,which verifies the feasibility and rationality of the new energy delivery scheme in this paper. |
