The increasing energy crisis and the awareness of sustainable development promote that new energy power generation technology has received wide attention and rapid development. Using the developrnent of new energy as the research object, this investigation report taking the strategy of operation optimization as the research content under the background of Jiangsu power grid dispatching respond to new energy widely access, by the introduction of the new energy’s related policies and standards in domestic and foreign and comparing with the development of the status, elaborated the deep reason that our country’s new energy power consumption problem faces, starting with the technical characteristics of new energy power generation, points out that the system peak load regulation, frequency regulation of active power, reactive power and voltage support are technical problems that have to be faced with after new energy power generation’s large scale access, and gives the corresponding solutions, based on the analysis of the actual operation of Jiangsu power grid, the coping strategies are analyzed in the face of these technical problems, and the construction of new energy power and frequency regulation and AGC, AVC framework with system voltage and reactive power support. The use of BPA electromechanical transient simulation program, based on actual large-scale grid connected wind power and power grid operation section of Jiangsu as the research object, to build the Jiangsu coastal wind power system simulation model of Jiangsu power grid simulation, to explore the impact of wind power on the stability of Jiangsu power system. Focusing on new energy power generation’s model application forms-- micro grid system, large power grid is carried out to cope with research strategy of micro grid access. Finally, by a forward-looking vision of business process standardization, standardization, the key technology and the perfect, points out that Jiangsu power grid needs related work perfectly about the development of new energy power generation.
