| In recent years,as the two main participants of construction projects,the number of owners and contractors has also increased with the expansion of the construction market,but the level of business ability of these enterprises is uneven,which also means that it is more and more difficult for them to get along with and cooperate with each other.It can improve the trust between the owner and the project management personnel,the trust between the project management personnel,and the trust between the project participants.However,with the construction industry as the background,there is little research on the impact of interpersonal trust and Inter Organizational Trust on project management performance at home and abroad,especially in China’s human society,the impact of interpersonal trust on Inter Organizational Trust in the Chinese market also has Chinese characteristics to a certain extent.Therefore,this paper attempts to verify and compare the role of Inter Organizational Trust and Inter Organizational Interpersonal Trust in promoting project success in China’s construction market through empirical research,and explain the relationship between the two levels of trust and how to affect project management performance from the perspective of localization.Strive to develop and improve the existing two-level trust research in the field of construction project,enrich the theoretical system of project management and project management performance research.Based on the theory of social exchange and transaction cost,this paper proposes the research hypotheses of the influence of interpersonal trust and inter organization trust on project management performance,the influence of interpersonal trust on Inter Organizational Trust and the intermediary effect of Inter Organizational Trust between interpersonal trust and project management performance,and establishes a theoretical model to explain.And the empirical research is supported by questionnaire survey.352 effective questionnaires are collected from managers from the owner and contractor units and have many years of project experience.The data collected are processed by statistical analysis software.This paper finds that interpersonal trust has positive influence on project management performance and the calculated trust and relational trust in the three dimensions of trust between organizations;trust in three dimensions of organizations has positive influence on project management performance,and inter organization institutional trust affects project management performance The intermediary effect of the rational performance is not obvious,but the computational trust and the relational trust all have some intermediary functions.Based on the above research results,this paper also introduces a practical case and analyzes it,and finally gives several suggestions to the owner and the Contractor from three aspects. |
