Catering industry has become an important part of a city’s commercial economy.The Internet and big data provide new sources of research data.Under this historical background,studying the spatial pattern of catering from the perspective of geography and making a reasonable evaluation of it are conducive to the rational allocation of urban space,which is related to the improvement of the economic benefits of catering businesses and the experience quality of consumers.In this paper,through the API interface of Gaode map and public comments,we capture the interest points of catering businesses in Shenzhen,analyze the layout characteristics of catering points in the main urban area of Shenzhen,and get the distribution direction and concentration center of catering points.On this basis,we evaluate the layout of catering points combined with multi-source data.Finally,combining with the population heat map,the paper explores the "supply demand" state between catering outlets and population consumption,and puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of catering pattern.The existing conclusions are as follows:1、The distribution of catering industry is uneven,with Shatou and Futian streets in Futian District and Yuehai street in Nanshan District having the largest number,and Nanshan District has the largest number in total;According to the classification of food and beverage varieties,consumption grades and star reputation,the characteristics of food and beverage outlets are consistent with all food and beverage outlets,forming the distribution characteristics of "more in the west,less in the East,and only in the middle".2 、 Through the analysis of standard deviation ellipse,the distribution direction of catering spots is from southwest to northeast,and the center of gravity of standard deviation ellipse is also concentrated in Futian District;The standard deviation ellipse direction of different types of catering points is consistent,and the center of gravity of ellipse is offset,but it is generally in the middle of the main urban area.3、The average nearest neighbor analysis and kernel density based hot spot analysis are used to get the cluster center of catering spots.On the whole,the gathering centers of restaurants are located in three areas: the junction of Nantou,Nanshan and Yuehai streets,Shatou and Futian Free Trade Zone,Huaqiangbei,Guiyuan and Nanhu streets.According to different classification standards,the cluster centers are generally distributed in the business district,near the residential area,and around the developed traffic network.4、By analyzing the area of different heat degree in the population heat map at different times,there are differences in the time period of the population agglomeration phenomenon on work day.Through the comparison of the trajectory of population gravity center,the characteristics of "work break round trip" on working days are obvious,and there is a high spatial agglomeration in lunch and dinner on rest days.In the coupling area of population thermal map and catering core density,we should focus on the medium density high thermal area to strengthen the catering layout.5、According to different types of indicators,the spatial pattern of catering in the main urban area was evaluated.Three types of food and beverage pattern,including food and beverage diversity,food and beverage accessibility and consumer satisfaction,were obtained,and the comprehensive food and beverage pattern was calculated by entropy weight method;It can be seen that the comprehensive scoring pattern synthesizes the characteristics of various personality patterns of catering satisfaction.By using the coupling area of catering core density and population thermal map,and the superposition of low scoring area in the scoring pattern,we can get the space to strengthen the construction of catering quality under different indicators.It is necessary to supplement the quantity of catering in the above areas,and improve the diversity and service quality of regional catering.
