The rubber dam is erected to store water during non-flood seasons,which can create a good ecological environment.As more and more rubber dams are built on the same river,the water storage capacity has also increased.How to complete the dam collapse and discharge in a relatively short period of time before the flood season has become an increasingly prominent problem.Studying the rules of various parameters of rubber dam collapse and discharge,can be targeted to protect the safety of the rubber dam project itself and take timely measures to reduce the occurrence of engineering disasters;Research on the optimal dispatching plan of rubber dams can reasonably discharge the impounded water before the flood to ensure the safety of downstream rivers.The rubber dams in the Jiaxian section of the Beiru River have four-level rubber dams,of which the second and third-level rubber dams are connected to the backwater section.Research provides certain reference value.The main content of this paper:(1)The variation trend of various parameters of the collapse and discharge of a single-stage rubber dam in the Jiaxian section of the Beiru River was studied;(2)The flow trend of the cascade rubber dams in the Jiaxian section of the Beiru River during the collapse and discharge process including the same lag time was studied;(3)Determine the optimal dispatching plan for the rubber dam group project in the Jiaxian section of the Beiru River.Taking the rubber dam group project in the Jiaxian section of the Beiru River as an example,according to the start time of the rubber dams at all levels and the time of their own dam collapse,the enumeration test algorithm is used to generate multiple sets of operation scheduling plans,and the establishment of storage capacity,water level,time,and flow Constrained conditions,an optimization model with the shortest total discharge time of the cascade rubber dams as the objective function is established,and the optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the solution with the highest adaptability is found to determine the optimal scheduling program for the rubber dam group project in the Jiaxian section of the Beiru River.
