With the construction and development of the Ecological Water, Water landscape, peopleand water and water resources development and utilization project, the amount of rubber damconstruction in the river is rapid growth in particular, the increase in the number of rubberdam in the same river, and form a cascade of rubber dam. Flood season, once the floodcoming, the rubber dam group collapsed dam spillway highlighted and how to complete in ashort time without causing release flood waters downstream loss is a dam collapse in strategy.Collapsed dam program must have good control of the rubber dam group spillway time, toavoid and upstream flood overlay. In order not to affect the river flood, the rubber dam mustcollapse before the advent of the flood. Practice has proved that unreasonable rubber damcollapse dam programs resulted in the river "artificial peak" phenomenon; endanger the safetyof the river. Therefore, the urgent need study the collapse of the cascade rubber dam the floodseason dam operation optimization. In this paper, the main contents and results are as follows:(1) The method of Rubber dam collapse discharge calculation is proposed. Calculate theparameters with the change of the rubber dam collapse process, research on the relationshipbetween dam collapsing speed (time), stream gradient, the rubber dam storage capacity andother factors and the weir (dam bag) depth and rubber dam drain process flow coefficientselection.And put forward the rubber dam collapse process discharge calculation by periods.(2) Arrive at a different program of the collapsed dam, the different engineeringconditions on the rule and influencing factors of the discharge through the vent flowcalculation and analysis of the rubber dam collapse dam. Effects of rubber dam factorsinclude: stream gradient, rubber dam normal water retaining height, between upper and lowerrubber dam spacing and so on. The use of rubber dam maximum flood discharge and waterstorage capacity and collapse time relation rubber dam dam collapse in the estimation methodof maximum flood discharge is put forward.(3) Accordance with the rule of cascade rubber dam collapse dam discharge, put forwardto the minimum time of total collapse time of the rubber dam as the objective function of themodel.
