Recently,with the continuous improvement of the urbanization of the country’s population distribution,the problem of material allocation has become more significant.Large-diameter silos have become the best choice to solve the problem of material allocation due to the advantages of large storage capacity,low construction cost,and small space covering.The silo body generally adopts mature slip form construction technology.However,the problem of template support used for the construction of the reinforced concrete cone-shell-silo-roof has always been the focus of the researcher’s attention.Aiming at the problem of template support during the construction of the cone shell silo,this thesis takes the construction of a certain silo in Suiping as an example to develop a new combined support system used for construction of cone-shell-silo-roof.The combined support system is composed of two parts: the umbrella-type-cone-shell combined support structure and the cross-type vertical support core tube.Taking the umbrella-cone-shell combined support structure as the research object,the influence of special structural forms and pre-stressed reinforcement schemes on the support structure were studied.The research contents and conclusions of this thesis were as follows:(1)Based on the engineering structure is a combination of cylindrical shell and cone-shell,a shell truss structure is designed.And based on the theory of structural mechanics and elastic mechanics,special structural elements are added to design the construction support structure of the cone-shell-silo-roof.The traditional oblique beam support structure was integrated into the arched structure,and the oblique beams composed of each beam are circularly connected at the nodes to form a shell arch support structure.(2)Through the finite element analysis method,the effect of this special structure on the mechanical performance improvement is studied.The performance comparison between the umbrella-cone-shell combined support structure and the oblique beam support structure without arch elements was researched.At the same time,the comparative analysis of the umbrella-cone-shell combined support structure and the non-arch umbrella-cone-shell inclined beam support structure was carried out.The results show that the arch elements and shell form of the umbrella-cone-shell combined support structure can improve the mechanical performance of the existing support structure,and the safety and cost have been improved.(3)The influence of pre-stressed strengthening scheme on the umbrella-cone-shell combined supporting structure were studied.A reasonable pre-stress strengthening plan for the umbrella-cone-shell combined support structure is carried out,and a comparative study before and after the pre-stress strengthening plan is carried out.The results show that the introduction of prestress can reduce the unfavorable deformation and rod stress of the umbrella-type-cone-shell combined support structure.
