| The solar cell module is the product that the photovoltaic production enterprise delivers to the user finally.Conventional solar cell modules each contain 60 or 72 pieces 5-inch cells.These cells need to be welded in series every 10 or 12 pieces.Compared with manual production by operators,using automatic series welding machine can greatly improve the production efficiency.The series welding process of cells is an important process in the production of photovoltaic modules.In this paper,the solar cell infrared series welding machine is a kind of automatic equipment which uses the infrared heating principle to weld the solar cell and the interconnection strip in series.This type of equipment is widely used in all kinds of solar cell module manufacturers,and has a huge amount.At present,the production speed of the mainstream automatic series welding machine on the market has reached 2400-4000 pieces per hour.It can weld4-5 grids and standard 5-inch solar cells with multiple main grids.Through the research of infrared series welding machine for solar cells,the mechanical structure of automatic series welding machine can be further optimized,the difficulties of infrared welding technology can be found and solved,the production efficiency and welding quality of photovoltaic modules can be improved,and the assembly accuracy and unit conversion efficiency of photovoltaic modules can be improved.It has important research significance and practical value for the rapid and benign development of photovoltaic industry and intelligent equipment manufacturing industry in China.In this paper,the infrared series welding machine for solar cells is taken as the research object,the development of the equipment at home and abroad is described,and the research focus of the equipment is emphasized,and the corresponding process difficulties are analyzed in depth.The advantages and disadvantages of different welding methods are analyzed.This paper mainly studies the mechanical structure of solar cell infrared series welding machine and its technological characteristics.The mechanical structure mainly includes: cell feeding mechanism,battery positioning mechanism,robot swinging mechanism,interconnection strip stretching and cutting mechanism,interconnection strip wetting mechanism,interconnection strip guiding mechanism,interconnection strip placing mechanism,infrared welding mechanism,and automatic detection segmentation mechanism Etc.The welding process adopts infrared heating welding.The main key technologies of the equipment are infrared heating technology of solar cell infrared series welding machine,interconnection strip alignment technology of series welding machine,anti deviation technology of transmission drilling belt of series welding machine and visual positioning and defect detection technology of solar cell.The principle of infrared heating technology and its application in this equipment are introduced in detail.This paper introduces the necessity of cell placement and the alignment technology of interconnection bar and main grid line,as well as the feasibility and key process points of realizing this goal through mechanism.The paper also introduces the reasons for the deviation of the drilling conveyor belt and the common correction methods,and introduces the main structure of the deviation correction mechanism in detail.Finally,the hardware and software configuration and detection principle of the vision positioning defect detection technology adopted by the equipment are introduced,as well as the comparison with foreign similar equipment. |
