At present,with the progress and development of modern science and technology,it promotes the rapid development of the global economy,and also makes enterpriscs face more and more fierce market competetion.In the face of this competitive pressure,Europe and the United States and other developed countries have carried out a number of bilateral and multllateral international trade cooperetion,new norms for intennational trade cooperation have been basically established and gradually formed,and a series of innovetive construction work of global economic and trade cooperation value chain,such as free trade,invastment cooperation agrement,service industry opening to the outside world,is in-depth and steady progress.If Chinese enterprices want to avoid being "marginaliced",they must actively participate in and integrate into the core value chain of global service trade as soon as possible.With the deepaning of China’s market economy reform,the role of the market in economic operation is becoming increacingly prominent,and the competition situation is becoming increasingly fierce.However,the reform of China’s power suply industry has entered a crucial stage,which further puts forward higher requirements for enterprise cost manegement,making the traditional cost management mode more and more unable to adapt to the developpment of enterprises at this stage.Therefore,the reform of cost management of power supply enterprises must be combined with the perpective of value chain management to systematically analyze the cost management of power supply enterprises,and formulate specific improvemant measures,so as to improve the production and cost management level of power supply enterprises,ensure the sucstainable development of power supply enterprises and their long-term good development.This paper takes g power supply enterprise as the research object,adopts the method of litereture analysis and case analysis,analyzes the charasteristics of G power supply enterprise cost structure,studies the problems existing in G power supply enterprise cost managament,puts forward the causes of the corresponding specific problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.From the cost manegement case,this paper analyzes the value chain,cost drivers and other aspects of the enterprise Detailed analysis.This paper puts forward specific improvemant plans and existing cost manegement suggestions for the important basic activities in the enterprise value chain.Conclunsion,in order to better provide reference for other enterprises in the industry to improve cost management.of abstract.
