With years of development,China’s manufacturing industry has formed a perfect industrial system and a worldwide combined supply chain system,and built a series of industrial bases with economies of scale.It has played an irreplaceable position in the international industrial division.However,with the rapid development of the economy,the problems faced are becoming increasingly prominent.Since 2003,China’s economy has shifted from a low-cost era to a high-cost era,and the cost advantage of products has been continuously decreased.In the increasingly fierce market competition,it has become an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises to reduce the cost of enterprises through effective cost management.Under such circumstances,companies must strengthen supply chain cost management,and enhanced cooperation with supply chain partners and improvement of internal management efficiency to reduce costs has become an inevitable choice for companies to gain competitive advantage.The thesis first expounds the research background and significance,consults the literature on supply chain cost management,and proposes the research framework,methods and innovations based on the research content of the thesis.Then studying the theory of supply chain cost management,the thesis takes GYKG manufacturing company as the research object,introduces the company’s basic overview and the status of supply chain cost management,and some problems in recent years.Then,based on relevant theories and research results and the supply chain process,a supply chain cost management efficiency evaluation index was constructed.Through the multi-angle comparative analysis of the supply chain cost management efficiency,the advantages of GYKG manufacturing company in supply chain cost management were discovered.And deficiencies and problems,the writer will give some scientific suggestions for improvement,including establishing a complete supporting supply chain cost management organization system as a whole,classifying and evaluating upstream suppliers in detail,applying the operation cost method within the supply chain and strengthening In cooperation with the relevant R & D department,the establishment of an efficient bidding platform at the downstream of the supply chain to conduct a risk assessment of customers at the same time,to obtain more orders while ensuring sales quality.Through in-depth analysis of the efficiency of supply chain cost management,the paper can help GYKG manufacturing companies find advantages in supply chain cost management and improve deficiencies in supply chain cost management.Practice provides reference and help.
