| As an important part of mechanical equipment,the operation state of bearing is related to the working performance of the equipment.In the actual production activities,the elastic deformation of the bearing is getting into the rolling-sliding state due to the elastic contact between the roller and raceway.Under the condition of poor lubrication,the rolling-sliding state aggravates the wear of the friction pair and develops into the skidding state gradually.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to monitoring the state and analyzing characteristics of the rolling-sliding state of bearings,and it helps determine the influencing factors of friction wear in the maintenance of bearings according to the situation.This paper takes cylindrical roller bearing as the research object.On the basis of bearing friction and wear test,combined with finite element simulation analysis data,the real-time status and friction characterization were carried out.The change trend of friction caused by wear factors such as bearing rolling-sliding ratio,roller speed and load were analyzed.A characterization method combining the worn surface morphology analysis with the lubricating oil analysis technology was proposed,which completed the indirect characterization of bearing wear condition.Firstly,the bearing wear test was carried out and the test data was recorded based on the rolling bearing friction and wear test bench.Combined with the actual working conditions,the parameters of the test-bed were adjusted to simulate the common rolling-sliding state,and the appropriate parameter range was determined according to the friction change trend.On the premise of ensuring the normal operation of the bearing,selecting the appropriate lubricating oil temperature and oil quantity.Set different working conditions parameters for testing such as rolling-sliding ratio,roller speed,external load and selected the parameters,then carried out a long-time friction wear test on the inner ring specimen,recorded the friction change data in the test.The parameters of inner ring specimen and lubricating oil after wear could provide analysis basis for studying the rolling-sliding mechanism of bearing.Secondly,using the explicit dynamic finite element simulation method of ABAQUS finite element software to establish the bearing dynamic analysis model.The real-time friction and wear parameters were summarized and analyzed to provide the basis for selecting different friction and wear parameters.Finally,using the Gray Correlation Analysis method to verify the close correlation between the simulation data and the test data when the friction coefficient represents the friction force,and the simulation data could be used as the basis for judging the real-time change of bearing wear state.In the bearing wear test,the surface morphology of inner ring after bearing wear was observed and recorded by In-suit Micro-Topography 3D Measurement,and the viscosity and particle size of lubricating oil were counted by capillary viscometer and KT-2 particle counter,which are commonly used in oil analysis technology characterization.The real-time state of friction and wear was characterized by combining the simulation data with the experimental data,and the surface morphology observation technology and oil analysis technology were used to characterize the bearing wear indirectly. |
