Research On The Renewal Of Modern Residential Buildings In The Central District Of Zhalantun

Due to its beautiful natural conditions,Zhalantun is positioned as one of the most important stops on the entire Middle East railway line,forming a unique city and cultural history.During the occupation of Zalantun by Japan and Russia,a large number of resources were exploited.At the same time,the development of commerce and handicraft industry made Zalantun rise rapidly to become an urban center,and a large number of auxiliary buildings of railway were constructed accordingly.After further division and expansion by Japan,the spatial pattern of towns and cities planned by Russia in the Middle East Railway Period is still in use today and still retains the original style and features.The Middle East railway buildings in the cities and towns are relatively concentrated and well preserved.However,due to the unorganized expansion of the town in recent decades,some buildings with high historical value and significance have not been paid attention to and protected,and have suffered irreparable damage or destruction.Based on the research of historical documents and the investigation of the present situation of historical buildings in Zalantun,this paper summarizes and analyzes the urban planning thought of Zalantun town,sorts out and classifies its historical buildings,and makes an in-depth study of its architectural characteristics and artistic characteristics.Up to now,there are not many historical buildings left in Zalantun,and residential buildings are the most numerous,widely distributed and most abundant types of existing buildings in Zalantun.Based on different types of residential buildings,this paper analyzes the planning layout and distribution characteristics of modern residential buildings in Zalantun during the Middle East Railway Period.Summarize and classify the plane and space composition of residential buildings,interpret the unique architectural style,as well as its decorative art features.At the same time,a variety of material selection and combination forms a wealth of architectural forms,residential buildings show exquisite and unique construction and construction techniques,modeling details processing and different elevation division has produced different architectural facade effects,forming a modern style,Russian style architectural style.According to the characteristics and current situation of modern residential buildings in Zalantun,this paper takes Russian residential buildings as the main research object,and carries out a targeted research on the renewal of modern residential buildings in Zalantun.In order to solve the existing problems as the primary purpose,with integrity,authenticity and reuse as the principle,this paper explores the renewal design strategy of modern residential buildings in Zhalantun.In zhalantun modern residential building as research object,through the digital surveying and mapping of data,from building space processing,facade design,artistic features of the analysis and summary,digital document for zhalantun modern residential building,according to the status quo of the problem further put forward the renewal design of modern residential building strategy,and to carry on the design practice,It provides reference for the renewal design of the historic buildings in Zhalantun.
