Corrugated steel web girder bridge is a new type of structural bridge,which is characterized by replacing the web of concrete box girder with corrugated steel plate.Because of its superior economic,stress-bearing and construction characteristics,it has been widely used in the domestic and foreign highway projects,and has achieved great economic and social benefits.In the existing research results,the wave shaped steel web continuous box girder bridge mainly focuses on the study of the characteristics of the bridge under the coupling action of the vehicle and bridge,such as dynamic impact coefficient,torsional resistance and shear characteristics of the section web.The single load is considered more when the load is applied,and the multi vehicle working conditions are less.At the same time,the bridge deck pavement materials are included in the dead load of the bridge deck to study the stress and deformation behavior of the bridge,and less on the dynamic response of the deck pavement under the dynamic load of the vehicle.However,the bridge deck pavement on the actual highway bridges will damage and damage early in the operation period under the action of vehicle dynamic load.Therefore,it is necessary to study the coupling dynamics of the vehicle-Pavement-Bridge of corrugated steel web continuous box girder bridge under heavy load.In this paper,based on the basic theory of vehicle bridge coupling dynamics,a continuous box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs on an expressway is selected as the research object.The bridge model with corrugated steel webs with deck pavement is constructed by using the finite element software ANSYS.Based on UM multi-body dynamics software,the multi-body triaxial heavy-duty vehicle model and tire model are established,and the vehicle pavement bridge coupling model considering deck pavement is built The B-grade pavement roughness is set on the pavement to simulate the actual pavement.The correctness and effectiveness of the vehicle pavement bridge coupling dynamic system model are verified by the field bridge experimental data.In this paper,the influence of linear suspension,piecewise linear suspension and air spring nonlinear suspension on the three-way tire force of heavy-duty vehicle and the dynamic response of heavy-duty vehicle are studied.On this basis,the stress state and response characteristics of bridge deck pavement under the condition of single vehicle and multi vehicle driving in different arrangements are studied.The results show that: compared with single vehicle load,multi vehicle load is easier to cause damage to bridge deck pavement and bridge;The deflection,longitudinal stress and shear stress of bridge deck pavement caused by multi lane vehicles driving in parallel increase by 19.7%,23.5% and 8.0%.This study has a certain reference value and guiding significance for engineering design and operation and maintenance.
