| Box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs replaces concrete webs in structure.Compared with other Bridges,the corrugated steel webs have the advantages of light deadweight,strong shear resistance of webs,beautiful shape and convenient construction.Is a kind of new steel-mixed composite box girder bridge,At present,domestic trucks are mostly heavy-duty vehicles,which will accelerate the generation and expansion of cracks in pavement layer under the repeated action of heavy-duty vehicles,and the domestic research mainly focused on asphalt pavement,the crack of bridge pavement crack research is less.Therefore,the study of pavement crack propagation under vehicle load has important guiding significance for the improvement of bridge life.Taking a steel-composite continuous bridge as the research object,this paper analyzes the crack propagation characteristics of the deck pavement of a continuous box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs under the condition of continuously varying temperature in winter,under the action of vehicle load,and under the condition of uneven settlement of support.Specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the three-dimensional finite element model of box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs with longitudinal cracks was established,and the correctness of the model was verified.The propagation characteristics of longitudinal cracks on pavement surface under uniform load and tire load were investigated,and the differences of longitudinal cracks on pavement surface under uniform load and tire load were compared.After that,the propagation characteristics of transverse cracks on the surface of pavement layer are analyzed.The transverse cracks are mostly heat-shrinkable cracks caused by temperature change,so the propagation characteristics of transverse cracks under the external conditions of continuous temperature change are explored.At the same time,the propagation characteristics of transverse cracks on the surface of corrugated steel webs box girder bridge pavement under uniform load,different axle load and different tire load were investigated.Under the normal condition of use,the bridge bears the combined action of atmospheric environment and driving vehicles.Therefore,the crack propagation characteristics of the pavement of corrugated steel webs box girder bridge under temperature field and stress field were investigated.Finally,when the bridge is in service,the uneven settlement of the support may lead to greater additional stress inside the bridge.Therefore,based on the extended finite element theory,the transverse crack propagation characteristics of waterproof concrete pavement layer under bearing settlement are simulated. |
