Box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is a new type of steel-mixed box girder bridge.It is a kind of box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs instead of concrete webs.The new box girder structure has better mechanical properties and advantages,such as light weight,strong durability,strong shear resistance of the web,attractive appearance and convenient construction.With the widespread promotion of box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the dynamic and static mechanics of this structure.However,the research on deck pavement dynamics of this structure has been lagging.With the rapid development of China's science and technology and national economy,the phenomenon of overweight and overload has become increasingly serious,which has increased the probability and severity of deck pavement damage.Therefore,the study on dynamic response of deck pavement of box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs under vehicle load has important engineering application value and guiding significance.Taking a three-span continuous box girder bridge with variable section corrugated steel webs in Hebei Province as an example.ABAQUS is used in this paper to establish a three-dimensional finite element model.The dynamic response of deck pavement of box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs under moving vehicle load is analyzed.The following is the detail.Firstly,a simply supported beam with a span of 34 m is taken as the research object.According to the principle of equal shear stress of the box girder section,the three-dimensional finite element model of the superstructure of the simply supported box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs and the equivalent concrete web box girder bridge are established by the finite element software ABAQUS.Then a moving uniform load is applied to the bridge deck.By comparing and analyzing the dynamic response of the bridge deck pavement under different vehicle speeds and different load types,it is found that the dynamic interaction of box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is more obvious.Then,the superstructure model of three-span continuous box girder bridge with variable section corrugated steel webs and tire model are constructed according to the bridge example.The road surface contact relationship is defined and a more accurate and realistic dynamic model of pavement loading of box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs structure is established.The first ten modes of the bridge are extracted and analyzed.The strain and deflection of deck pavement under static load analyzed,and the validity of the finite element model of three-span continuous box girder bridge with variable section corrugated steel webs is verified by comparison with the measured data of field static load experiment.Finally,the trends of deflection and stress of continuous bridge deck pavement under uniform load and tire load are calculated respectively,and the effects of vehicle speed,axle load,the number of axles,load locations and horizontal impact forces on the deck pavement are compared and analyzed.The results indicate that the dynamic characteristics and non-uniform distribution of of vehicle load are considered by using tire loads,and the computed results are relatively large: the vertical displacement increases by 0.67%?2.57%,the transverse stress increases by 8.66%?20.5%,and the longitudinal shear stress increases by 2.29%?22.4%.
