| The small radius curve track is the weak point of railway.When the train is running on a small radius curve,the wear of the wheel and rail is serious due to the dynamic action of the wheel and rail,and the safety of the train operation is reduced at the same time.There is a lack of systematic research on the safety of train small radius curve track and flange wear.In view of these problems,this study focuses on the influence of track parameters of small and medium radius curve on train curve passing performance and flange wear.The primary research are as follows:(1)The train-track coupling dynamic models are established by using multi-body dynamics simulation analysis software according to the design standard of line parameters of small radius curve in China SIMPACK combined with the structural characteristics and main technical parameters of CRH6 A types of EMU vehicles.The reliability of the simulation analysis model is verified.(2)The influence factors of the passage capacity of the small radius curve track of the train are systematically studied,and the influence law of the curve on the performance index of the train curve through the parameters of speed,curve radius,superelevation setting,gauge widening,rail-bottom slope,wheel-rail friction coefficient and so on is obtained.It is found that the performance of the small radius curve of EMU is mainly controlled by the transverse force of the wheel shaft and the angle of the wheel punch,and the main influencing factors are the radius of the curve,the speed of the curve passing through,and superelevation setting.In this paper,the optimal values of maximum allowable speed,curve radius,superelevation setting,rail-bottom slope and gauge widening are put forward.(3)The main factors affecting the abnormal wear of the flange of the small radius curve track are studied,and the influence law of the curve radius track,the curve superelevation setting,the friction coefficient and the curve passing speed on the abnormal wear of the flange of the small radius curve track is obtained. |
