Since its establishment in 2011,Xixian New District has shifted from the infrastructure construction stage to the rapid development stage of project construction.At the same time,the new district has successively carried out many high-level urban designs,but there are still many problems.Based on the practical problems of poor timeliness,low degree of integration,less implementation,and general implementation effects in the urban design management and control of Xixian New District,the three aspects of urban design control requirements and strategies,control systems,control elements and requirements,etc.Research on all aspects,build an urban design control system that runs through the multiple spatial levels of Xixian New District,and form an operable urban design control implementation path.The establishment of an urban design management and control system with hierarchical guidance,fusion of conventional and special requirements,and full element control is the embodiment of the innovative urban development mode of Xixian New District,and has important practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of Xixian New District and creating high-quality spaces.At the same time,it also has certain reference significance for urban design control in other similar areas.The thesis builds a multi-space-level urban design control system in Xixian New District,and focuses on the control system,control elements and other content.Firstly,it mainly focuses on high-quality cities and urban design control,summarizes its basic connotation and theoretical research at home and abroad,summarizes the relevant experience of urban design control in Tianjin and Shenzhen,and thinks about the current domestic and foreign countries through theoretical and practical research.The main problems faced by urban design,summarizing the content,depth and intensity of control of urban design at home and abroad,lay a theoretical foundation for the construction of the urban design control system of Xixian New District.Secondly,on the basis of fully studying the specific content and form of the three major control elements of "buildings,public open spaces,and streets" in the "district level,unit level,and block level" multi-space level urban design of Xixian New District The existing urban design control system in Xixian New Area has problems such as "excess rigidity,insufficient flexibility","inadequate control depth",and "poor docking",which seek to optimize the construction of the urban design control system in Xixian New Area.Thirdly,based on the positioning of Xixian New Area,the status quo of urban construction and future development ideas,the analysis and research of urban design control elements,according to actual needs,proposes the management and control methods of urban design elements of Xixian New Area from both conventional and special requirements.That is,the establishment of an urban design management and control system with hierarchical guidance,integration of conventional and special requirements,and full element control.Finally,the empirical research is carried out by taking the district level,unit level and block level in Xixian New District as examples.Demonstrate the management and control methods and paths of urban design control elements in Xixian New District,and conclude that the establishment of a hierarchical guidance,integration of conventional and special requirements,and full element control of urban design guidelines management and control system is positive for the realization of high-quality urban development in Xixian New District.significance.
