| There are seasonal differences in tourism in some parts of the country, such as Qinghai,Tibet,Xinjiang and other places. This kind of area is comfortable in summer and does not need refrigeration. The energy consumption of HVAC is mainly concentrated in the off-season of tourism(winter). In Qinghai Province, for example, the existing buildings are designed according to the maximum annual passenger flow(i.e.,summer passenger flow). In winter, there are very few tourists, and the actual usable area of the building is reduced. At the same time, due to the small actual use area it is meaningless to keep all the heat preservation of the outer structure. This causes a lot of energy waste. In view of the climate and tourism characteristics of the western seasonal region, this paper mainly analyzes the use characteristics of the existing tourism buildings. And this paper puts forward a new heating method which is more in line with the local characteristics. The methods of field investigation, theoretical analysis, simulation study and test study are combined in this paper. This paper investigates and understands the current situation of local tourism, heating and hotel check-in.Based on this,a new heating mode is put forward. And a theoretical analysis of the new heating mode is carried out.Two hotels(Hotel A and Hotel B)in Qilian County,Qinghai Province were tested. It was found that the room temperature of heating in the hotel was too high,up to more than 30℃.So the energy was wasted seriously. The existing hotels have poor building seal and serious air leakage, which have a great impact on energy consumption. It need to be considered in the model setting. The local solar radiation is very strong, and the average temperature difference between the rooms from south to north is above 2℃.Therefore,passive utilization of solar energy should be considered. At the same time, the heating energy consumption of Hotel B in winter was tested to verify the energy consumption simulation.Based on the occupancy conditions of the two hotels, the load and annual energy consumption simulations of different heating methods were performed on the two selected hotels. The simulation results show that the annual heating energy consumption of hotel A can be reduced by about 48% through the new heating method. The annual heating energy consumption of hotel B can be reduced by 38%.At the same time, combined with the building model of Hotel B,the passive utilization of solar energy was analyzed. The results showed that on the basis of good window insulation performance, increasing the window area of south-facing rooms has a significant impact on reducing indoor heating energy consumption.According to the results of economic analysis,it is estimated that the energy consumption of urban heating can be reduced by more than 30% in small tourism counties such as Qilian County. The heating energy consumption of large cities such as Xining is expected to be reduced by more than 5%.Qinghai province as a whole is expected to reduce energy consumption for urban heating by about 5%,saving 140,000 tons of standard coal and reducing 350,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. In addition to the northwest, similar problems also exist in the northeast,Inner Mongolia, and Hainan. If it can be solved,it will greatly contribute to the reduction of building energy consumption in the entire country. |
