| With the popularity of "fitness slogan",the dialectical relationship among sports,health and environment has been paid more attention.At present,the number of indoor fitness clubs in China is increasing year by year,and with the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,the degree of pursuit for indoor comfortable environment is also increasing.However,at present,there is no relevant standard for the thermal environment of indoor sports and fitness places in China,and the field research is mainly focused on residential and office buildings,and there is very little research on the indoor thermal environment under the sports environment.This article selects part of cold region city of xi ’an typical indoor sports fitness as the research object,using subjective evaluation theory for building thermal environment of the research methods,combined with rigorous physical environment parameter measurement,on the part of the sports fitness room indoor thermal comfort problems do a thorough analysis and research,for indoor sports fitness in xi ’an region warehouse personnel in the thermal comfort conditions and the characteristics of thermal adaptation.By measuring the peak in the indoor environment parameters,the applicable people random questionnaire to fill in and the result of the test statistics,a total of 1400 questionnaires,600 questionnaires including electronic and print the questionnaire 800,including 400 questionnaires transition season(outbreak reason spring data is less,so the merger with autumn transition seasons),winter 200,200 questionnaires in summer.First of all,electronic questionnaires were issued to obtain the interviewees’ impression on the thermal environment of the fitness place in winter and summer.According to the results of the questionnaire,the corresponding field test was carried out to analyze the indoor thermal environment parameters.It was concluded that the average indoor temperature in the transition season was 23.6℃,and the average humidity was 67.7%.Compared with other seasons,the relative humidity was higher.The average indoor temperature in winter is 18.9℃,and the relative humidity is low,averaging 29.9%.The average indoor air temperature in summer is 26.1 ℃,and the relative humidity is mainly distributed between 25% and 75%.The average wind speed during the entire test period was 0.08 m/s.The CO2 concentration is between 750-800 PPM on average,which meets the relevant indoor ventilation requirements.Secondly,by comparing the votes of the interviewees on thermal sensation and acceptability in each season,the results show that the interviewees have a higher degree of satisfaction and acceptability on temperature,while a lower degree of satisfaction on airflow and air quality.By indirect method,the annual acceptable temperature range of 80% was 17.9℃-23.9℃,and the expected temperature was 23 ℃.Compared with the relevant foreign standards,the author suggests that the setting temperature in winter can be set at 20-23℃,and the setting temperature in summer is 23-26℃.At the same time,it is verified that the difference between PMV and TSV is obvious in the case of high metabolic rate,while the difference between PMV and TSV is small in the case of medium metabolic rate.The traditional calculation method of thermal comfort data is not applicable in the state of exercise.The study found that the exercisers preferred a larger airflow to a change in temperature.Therefore,this paper suggests that personalized air supply equipment can be set up in different areas.At the same time,it is suggested to increase the number of window ventilation.If the window cannot be opened,the fresh air system can be set up or the linkage of the equipment can be used for effective ventilation and indoor air purification.Finally,this paper uses the energy consumption simulation software OpenStudio to simulate energy consumption and calculate the energy saving efficiency of different cities at different setting temperatures.Through the research on the influencing factors of indoor space thermal comfort,this paper provides reasonable thermal comfort indexes for the control of indoor thermal environment of sports and fitness places under the climatic conditions in cold regions,and puts forward improvement strategies for improving indoor thermal comfort,thus providing scientific basis for design and operation. |
